Great customer service!
I purchased from Niihai for the first time and from Munich, Germany. Sadly there was some complications with shipping at first and the package was returned.
I contacted the customer service and received an answer instantly. I don’t know how he did it but he managed to resend the package. It means a great deal because the item was otherwise sold out.
Additionally he was super eager and nice the whole time we communicated
He turned my experience with the online shop into a great one!
On top the item are amazing, good quality and sizing is accurate.

Niihai is the goat
The quality is amazing — I genuinely get so many compliments every time I wear Nii Hai. I have the Cross Jumpsuit and the Charli dress, and they’re all such gorgeous pieces. I’ve never had clothes that look so good online and feel just as amazing on. Everything is packaged beautifully and the customer care is fab too. BIG LOVE TO NIIHAI!

Amazing and so stylish
Amazing and so stylish I love this brand it’s hands down the most cool and unique in the game right now!! I can’t wait for the new drops to come out I have purchased several time the boots are the most comfortable heels I have ever had for sure!

GREAT experience
Received a wrong order and the Niihai team handled it amazingly! They were quick to respond and send a replacement package (even multiple times as there was some trouble with the package getting into my country). And their clothes are so gooood!
