I've bought multiple pairs because they fit well and I alternate pairs weekly. After about a month the soles started to squeak on both pairs. Then it quickly gets worse. Even in busy stores, I attract attention and people ask if 'that's my shoes squeaking?"
I've tried to contact Nike but their online service told me that they can't do anything unless its an online purchase Or go back to the store. This is not a store problem. This is a Nike problem. Faulty shoes that they won't stand by. Now I am stuck with 2 of the noisiest, most embarrassing shoes ever!
No, I can't just go buy different shoes. At these prices I will have to wear them until they fall off.
Nike.........do something about your product!!!!!

Customer support & warranty is the WORST! I had the worst experience. The shoes my son purchased in Toronto started to come apart after a couple of wears. I had to send them back since I don't live anywhere near a Nike store - which cost me $30 in shipping. Someone looked them over and decided it wasn't a problem - I again wasted another hour on hold trying to get the right person for them to tell me "they understand - but nothing they can do" it was painful and I will NEVER buy anything Nike again - waste of time and money!

Nike scamming refund

I ordered a shoe months ago. The shoe came a few feeks later. I got the shoe and it didn’t fit so I wanted to return and refund it. They sent it back to me saying I damaged the shoe but I wore it once for 20 seconds. They also didn’t allow me to return because it was 30 days past the order date but they delivered it late so that wasn’t my problem. I contacted them about all this and they came back to me saying this case is closed and they can do nothing about it. Nike has scammed me horribly and they are such cheaters I can’t get my money back for a shoe that does not fit me.

No Delivery, no QUALITY of service, no refund

I placed an order, it was not received. I called after getting notice that it was received. They said they needed to investigate the matter and would get back to me - they didn't.
I had to call and sit on hold for 45 minutes before someone answered then immediately hung up. I called a second time to be placed on hold for another 50 minutes before speaking with someone who said I needed to wait until they contact me - they didn't contact me and they didn't refund my money either.
I am now calling again and am number #18 in line - on hold for the next "Athlete".
Consumers get this horrible and unacceptable "quality" of service because we don't do enough to force an improvement.
I will never buy on Nike.ca again and if that means not buying Nike at all - then so be it. There are other brands I can buy.

defective shoes, terrible CSR

I was sent defective shoes and it's been a journey trying to reach someone.
I recommend not buying from their online store as it ships from the Netherlands and free shipping starts at $190
You can't return in store.
And I read many horror stories of them not refunding people.

No cancelations after 30 minute Nike Rule

Well I've bought from Nike forever.
This is my first negative experience.
Normally I wouldn't say anything but this experience is literally out if this world.
So I made an order online.
Tried through PayPal and the nike site said error try again.
This time I made the order with my debit card to avoid any issues.
I then receive an email of my purchase like always. But I receive two email order confirmations. One for the debit card payment and one for the PayPal payment that the nike site never went through.
So I call Nike Customer service 8 minutes after my order.
They say I'm 25th in line.
2 hours and 18 minutes later its finally my turn.
I explain what happened.
10 minutes later Nike Customer service agent comes back and says sorry we cannot cancel the order after 30 minutes of making the order.
I said I called you 8 minutes after the order was made .
They said sorry nothing they coukd do.
I said that like opening a company, putting through 1000 fraudulent orders a d then tell your customer service to put all calls on hold for over an hour so yiu can tell them our policy is sorry no cancelations after 30 minutes.
I said in what world would that ever make sense or be allowed.
Yes yes I understand your frustration.

Nike Is Holding My Money Hostage After Their Mistake

I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with Nike. I ordered a pair of custom Janoski shoes almost two months ago, and when they finally arrived, Nike had sent me the wrong pair with someone else’s personalization. I returned them right away, and the package was delivered back to Nike 10 days ago — yet the return is still “under inspection,” and no refund has been issued.

What made the situation even more frustrating is the inconsistent and self-contradictory information. Nike’s website says returns take 4 business days, but support told me it’s actually 11–13 business days, plus another 7–14 days for the refund to show up. Because Nike sent the wrong item, I’m now stuck waiting nearly 3.5 months from the original order date just to (hopefully) get my money back.

Customer service was polite but unhelpful. One agent even asked if I needed help with anything else — and when I brought up a second issue regarding my replacement order (which I had to reorder because Nike messed up the first one), they suddenly said they “can only assist with one order number.” This was right after inviting me to ask for more help, which felt dismissive and honestly absurd.

Overall, it’s been an incredibly disappointing experience with a major global brand. Zero ownership, long delays, conflicting information, and no sense of urgency despite the mistake being entirely on their end. I’m still waiting on a refund and any real accountability.

Alphafly 3 broken in less than 2 months (156km)

I bought the $400 top of the line AlphaFly Next 3 from Nike Store on May 26th 2025 and it broke with less than two months of use, well below any mileage that would justify the defect on the bottom left sole. Store couldn’t help since it was beyond one month and after opening a claim they affirmed it was wear and tear. 156km only and I weight 68kg. I’ve never had sneakers break in less than a year, let alone less than two months. I had another pair of AlphaFly 3 for 1yr and 3 months with over 500km so imagine my surprise when they just told me to suck it.

Nikes are amazing your lost soul without owning a pair.

So i am 32 years old , And I’ve always been a string believer in buy what is cheapest and works best for your budget, but thanks to my mom the penny pincher but i officially bought my first pair of Nikes and let me tell you , I’ve sure been missing out my whole life what an amazing Durable brand I will never Owen a different brand shoe again !

I DECIDED TO BUY ONE OF THE NIKE SHOES BUT ONE OF THE NIKE EMPLOYEES PUT A BOOGIE TRAP INSIDE THE SHOE SO WHEN I CHECKED OUT AND TRIED IT AT HOME IT CUT INTO MY LEG AND I WAS RUSHED TO THE HOSPITAL BUT I SURVIVED AND NOW IM SUING NIKE FOR MANSLAUGHTER - THIS IS CRAZY ! INSANE!!

Ecommerce or online is a joke or scam

Nike e-commerce is between a joke or close to a scam. I wouldn't encourage ANYONE! To try buying online on Nike's website or app. I have been trying to purchase online (on app and website) numerous times now for last couple of days. The items I want, Shows it's available before and after my purchase, money gets taken from my credit card and after 6hours Nike cancels the purchase, saying.. 'item is unavailable'. This has happened not once, not twice, not thrice.....If you a fan, it's simple.. Suck it up and visit your nike local store because customer service is another nightmare or take your money somewhere else...
