Company description NILO Construction Limited is a London-based Design & Build construction company delivering high-quality residential refurbishment and structural projects across North, North-West and Greater London. We specialise in full house renovations, loft conversions, rear and side extensions, structural alterations, premium bathroom installations and kitchen refurbishments. Our company operates as a single point of responsibility, managing projects from early-stage coordination and technical planning through to construction, finishing and final handover. We work in line with recognised UK construction standards and are happy to proceed under Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) contracts where appropriate. We also work with Trust-backed frameworks, including TrustMark, providing clients with additional confidence in quality, compliance and professionalism. Our clients are typically homeowners who have recently purchased a property or are undertaking major upgrades and require a reliable, professionally managed construction partner. We provide structured contracts, clearly defined scopes of work, transparent pricing, contract administration and consistent on-site supervision as part of our project management service. Conservatory converted to extension

We had Zhan and Igor with us for a conversion of our conservatory into an extension. The outcome was as I hoped for and we are very happy with the space! It is obvious they put client relationships as a priority and we felt we were taken care of, and the team on site were very clean and respectful. The quality and workmanship was also excellent. As with many structural projects, unforeseen structural issues were uncovered however Zhan was very informative and transparent with us, and was happy incorporate some of our sugguestions to the solution, which we really appreciated. We would like to thank team for making a beautiful space for our family.
