I ordered an item that had to be shipped from the United States to Argentina. I had never done this before and didn't understand the process. Ninelife responded quickly to my questions and guided me through the process. With their help, I was able to locate the item at the international post office in Buenos Aires. While the process of picking up the item and dealing with postal and customs formalities is lengthy and complicated, I did successfully retrieve it. Ninelife did their part perfectly.
