I've been using their products since February when seeing them on Dragons Den and have fallen in love ever since. I keep expanding my product range and have been impressed with every single one. Alongside the amazing products, this brand is amazing and you really feel part of a community. They'll always answer any questions you have. Keep doing what you're doing NINI!

I have used the products before when I was able to purchase them when in the U.K., they are all lovely and really suit my aging skin, particularly the Crimson Beauty, which is excellent!
Now living in France I placed another order in June, which sadly did not arrive, due to an unfortunate issue with the courier, which could not have been predicted, but the communication with the company was excellent and a replacement was immediately despatched to me. Brexit has a lot to answer for with regard to ordering goods from U.K. to France, it’s not easy for the companies with all the red tape now in place and occasional issues with couriers. However, I received my order today and look forward to using the products. Due to the issues with the initial order, a gift card has been offered which is very fair and I will look forward to using it in the future.

From start to finish my experience with Nini Organics has been 5 star ⭐️ and above! From the starter pack being out of stock i emailed in to ask when it would be back and Alex responded immediately ( it was back in a few days) ordered it and fell in love with the product. My skin instantly went from dull, pronounced fine lines and me stressing about looking older to reformed - my fine lines were less pronounced, healthy looking and bright. My emailed Alex on a number of occasions for support and he was always on hand, he even offered to call to go through a skin routine and answer some of my questions to get the right mix of product. I ended up ordering the full size products, but I forgot to put in the Glow enhancer, I contacted Nini and Alex, he went so far above and beyond and immediately gifted me it with my order and emailed me to let me know. This is not what I expected and truly he is an inspirational business leader and you can tell he genuinely cares and wants to help others and his products are the way to do that. What I am saying is that this business is incredible, the owners are caring, and the products are the real thing- each time I use them I feel like I am in a Spa! Definitely worth every Penny! I have purchased a number of products from nini and I love the smell. However these have caused my face to break out and become dry and irritated. I have stop and started use to see if was a one off. The customer service and presentation of the products is good it's just a Shane that they don't suit my sensitive skin.

I just love NINI and have for quite a while. Met Alex with my daughter last year when visiting, gifted her with THE facial treatment experience…glow glow glow💛. We usually buy from mooi.ch but she‘s out of some of the products and I didn‘t want to wait😅 and therefore ordered from you directly😉🥰. I have been using Nini Organics since I saw the Dragons Den episode. I live in the USA, am British and import many things here! I am so impressed with the products and I am getting comments about my skin all of the time, including from an employee in a makeup store. I am 51 and because of the amazing results I am happy for the first time in years to spend time morning and night doing a beauty routine.

Amazing products does exactly what it says on the box. If you are unsure where to start contact their customer service or purchase their NINI experiance to sample the whole range. Customer service and delivery is excellent

Although the wrong product was delivered first time round, the level of personalised and friendly service meant this was put right very quickly and (for me) easily.
