Overpriced, rude
Not great, rep Amedeo needed prompting to send us the invoice so we could place the order and sent us wrong design link, we designed the t-shirt ourselves and it came €4400 euros for around 120 t-shirts with slow fabrication and delivery. Unfortunately this wouldn’t work for our team so we decided not to move forward the order. He then sent us an unprofessional email saying “we weren’t clear-headed and it showed”. Rude and overpriced. Go with a more professional vendor.

your review contains several false statements, which we feel compelled to publicly correct:
– It’s false that the order was for 20 t-shirts: it was for 121 Pro Jerseys, our premium model.
– It’s false that you were given different prices: you never requested a quote before we issued the invoice. Our prices are public on the website, and the amount quoted was fully consistent with them.
– It’s false that there were delays in our replies: we always responded within 12 hours, and never received any follow-ups or reminders from you.
– It’s false that we spent “3 weeks going back and forth without getting anything done”: we guided you step by step through the process, including design confirmation, sizing and invoicing.
The only statement that is partially accurate is the one about the design link: it happened once, and we corrected it immediately as soon as you pointed it out. Mistakes can happen — we’re human.
It’s perfectly fine to decide not to proceed with an order, but spreading false and offensive information is unfair and can have legal consequences.
We strongly reject all the claims made in your review and reserve the right to take legal action to protect our company’s reputation.
