False accusations to avoid payout.
Went to redeem a 75SC out of a 96SC balance. They immediately zeroed out my account, wouldn’t let me just redeem the full amount. Then they accused me of using a VPN/proxy server and denied my redemption. I went through and checked all data on my Samsung cell and the iPad and there is no data suggesting I used a location mask. I then got ahold of the Hospitals I had been at visiting my fiancé and they do not VPNs on the patient WiFi. Upon asking for proof of my account using VPNs or proxy servers they said they detected it multiple times and closed my customer service ticket. This has not just happened to me in my account, when asking around online several people have reported the same type of thing happening. This sweepstake casinos actions and false claims is the reason online casinos have a bad reputation.

There was a glitch on the 2nd of September during that time I was playing the game it stated that I won over $180,000 I even sent a screenshot and plus some screenshots of some big hits that I had from the game that night so as they worked on the glitch is stated that your SC coins will be safe and put back to your account once the glitch was fixed so as I contacted customer service about the problem they said that maintenance will work on it and they will get back to me well once everything was said and done and they supposed to had put my money back on my account they stated that I only won 44 cent from $180,000 even if there was a glitch during that time and I didn't win all of the money I would think that I want more than 44 cent have anyone else had this done too?

Won close to 900 and couldn't redeem because of some technical issue they were having. Thats fine, right? Well I log on today and see they had taken my entire balance. Drained down to nothing. They claimed they had a glitch happen, well was the glitch that everyone's money got taken? Because ni should have $900 right now and i have jack shit. Very unreliable and untrustworthy. Would look to other sites to play.

I would give negative if I could. Was told I could redeem my prize then had it denied and all winnings deleted. Then when I asked, my account was canceled. Plenty of decent platforms. Don’t use this one

They gave me a warning about "bonus stacking". I was not aware of this rule, but then I followed it after that, and they declined my redemption anyway. And on trying to follow up on this, they permanently closed my account. Steer clear of this site.
