They are running a fraud business.
After waiting for 4 months from the date of order and constant follow ups, I received a wrong product. I ordered two products and received one which isn't what I ordered. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE A FRAUD.

I am sure this happened with lot other people. We can all together may be file a police complaint against them so that it doesn't happen with other people.
Let's take them down.

I Have placed order on 12th March for Rs.7000 and still struggling to get my order. when I try to follow up on Whatapp they misbehave and when you say that you will file a complaint against them they say go ahead without any shame. big Rude fraud people running this, please don't buy from them. your money will be stuck.

i have all the proofs and their chats , can someone tell me what would be right place to complain.

I approached the online consumer forum enough evidence but they disposed the complaint. Now I have lodged a complaint on the cyber crime portal.cybercrime(dot)gov(dot)in
Please... every victim should atleast try to bust this fraudster.

Nirbani India is a really great choice if you are a fan of pakistani suits. They have really great quality with beautiful designs that gives a really classy look. You can wear these suits in casual settings or a party setting. Apart from their great style they are very comfortable sets made from good quality fabric and their styles are quite great.

Honestly, I didn’t purchase anything yet. But I love the collection for many reasons.
1) unique color choice
2)designing is amazing
3) collection is very classy yet elegant
4) price is affordable as compared to another ones

Nirbani is a true essence of a woman. It makes u fit in ur dreams and makes u no less than a fairy. The collection is superbly amazing without compromising on fabric quality. The customer service is beyond words. Nirbani, you have got me as a loyal customer for life for sure...

Requesting everyone to report them as spam website and their business and file a complaint against them in consumer forum massively!!!

Please beware all the positive reviews are fake here all the customers reading here do not fall for it just see the % of negative reviews and the pattern of positive reviews. Hope this business gets to pay for all of it very soon.

Their customers service are also very good, they provide prompt response to every minute query of mine. I can’t wait to buy and style more pieces from Nirbani.

It has been a smooth experience for me. 1 month ago i purchased 5-7 items for my wife ad daughter from nirbani to gift them . They genuinely loved the quality and designs which i was unsure about as our choices are different but both of them loved their gifts my wife even ordered 3 more outfits yesterday as they were quite impresses with the products prices and variety. Prices are really really reasonable. Everything was same as shown on their website. 1 product is still remaining to deliver from my past order . They are saying it will take time to dispatch as product is heavy embroidered that is tea pinkish suit set. There is no issue. One more thing we recived good discount on second purchase ♥️
