The Nirvana Experience
All staff were professional, friendly & helpful. The pools & surrounding areas were well maintained, the locker rooms & showers all clean. The food was good & reasonably priced, all of which contributed to a nice & relaxing experience.

Slow Restaurant service let it down this time!
Have been to the spa many times, but have never experienced such slow service in the restaurant before. Had to get up twice to find a a waiter/waitress chase my food order and ask to place a dessert order. When you are there for an evening session you don’t want to spend 2 hours of it in the restaurant due to slow service.

Not upto usual standard
I came with my Sister & mum for a day spa with facial included..
We did have a lovely day but I felt that the polish and special atmosphere previously experienced on past visits was lacking abit compare to previous times.
Tnen I had an awful facial which was rushed and the neck, shoulder & scalp massage was shockingly poor.
I did put in a complaint- and was given 25% off a future treatment- but feel this is not adequate as it totally ruined my day and I’ve got to spend additional money on treatments to use my 25% off voucher- not impressed at all… will consider going elsewhere in future…

It was our first visit and we would definitely return! A lovely atmosphere and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The facilities were first class and beautiful surroundings. The treatment my partner had was out of this world! He couldn’t stop talking about it. I didn’t have one on this occasion. A brilliant experience! Thank you!

No magazines!! Disappointed
I had a lovely day overall but I was very disappointed that you no longer provide magazines/papers to read by the pool. For someone with a busy life & no time to read or flick through a magazine this was something I always enjoyed & looked forward to on this visit. Disappointed.
I also had a very long wait to be seated at breakfast. Staff were busy but constantly walked passed ignoring the fact I was there. When I got served I had almost finished my breakfast when my tea finally arrived.

We have however replaced these with a free media hub you can access by scanning the QR code on your pass. Using this, you can browse a range of newspapers, magazines, e-books, audiobooks, and games. I'm also sorry the service in our Restaurant fell short on this occasion and I have passed your comments to our Head of Food and Beverage for his review. Definitely 5 stars
Definitely 5 stars. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent relaxing day. The Floatation pool is a must do. Lunch was also excellent.

This place is very nice
This place is very nice; lovely staff, clean pools and saunas, nice menu and tepidarium makes me calm and relax. 4 hours would be better, 3 hours wasn’t enough.

The atmosphere the facilities the staff cannot do enough for you very polite. The environment was very clean .
