WORST SCAM EVER [!! READ BEFORE BUYING FROM nivexshop.xyz !!]
My friends and I had an absolutely terrible experience with this seller. Deliveries took forever, sometimes up to a week, with zero disclosure about timing. When we opened support tickets, they either ignored us completely or replied with incomprehensible messages, sometimes in Polish, sometimes using weird slang like they're teenagers.
Every single account we bought stopped working within days. The Netflix accounts? Clearly stolen and shared between God knows how many people. The ChatGPT Plus "lifetime" accounts? Obviously carded, the workspaces got deactivated almost immediately. When we asked support what "lifetime" actually means for a product that dies in 24 hours, they literally just replied "lifetime." You don't say, thanks for nothing.
And here's the kicker: we didn't even ask for refunds. We just wanted working replacements for what we paid for. They refused. Over €100 gone in a matter of days.
But wait, it gets better. All their support happens through Discord, which they don't mention anywhere on their website. When we complained, their founder (@real_nivex) had the audacity to say "you should have read the ToS in our Discord before buying." How the hell would anyone buying from their website know there's a Discord with hidden terms? I even had to setup a Discord account for this, do you believe this crap in 2026?
These are the rudest, most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with online. They sell stolen and fraudulently obtained accounts, hide behind policies nobody can find, and treat customers like garbage when things inevitably go wrong.
I'm reporting them to their domain registrar, payment processors, and consumer protection authorities. EU consumers have rights, and these people will learn that the hard way. They picked the wrong fool :)
