Having met every blockage possible from the Nationwide in terms of securing a new mortgage, being 63 and self-employed NM Finance jumped on the problem straight away and were able to secure a really good deal with The Halifax. Very helpful and professional with our mortgage application.
Once they get a sniff of commission from a life insurance or will-writing upsell they won't leave you alone though. The veil drops on the professionalism once some additional commission comes into sight.
