Great customer service and a good selection of cars
If you're looking for a selection of cars in good condition to view, then look no further than Noya Motor Group. There are plenty of normal cars to consider and plenty of supercar beauties to appreciate. Today, I drove away in my chosen car after experiencing top-notch customer service from Milad Ahmed and the team, which included coffee, biscuits and surprise cupcakes at the end. The car was prepped and valeted to a good standard, including our requested fixes and ceramic coating. Everything was well explained and professionally executed. Thank you Milad for making the whole process seamless and pleasant. A top salesman!

We went to view a car and the staff…
We went to view a car and the staff bent over backwards, especially Charlie the salesman to find the right car. UnFortunately we didn’t find one to fit our problem with back and getting in and out of cars ,but we will be going back in the future as they put us at ease. Also the mechanics went through the car With us which was good as I’m mechanically minded thank you

Bad experience to a Great one
Used this dealership to purchase a Range Rover velar through Oodle finance.
Everything was smooth up until picking up the vehicle , initially with Milad a communication error on his end resulted in the day I was supposed to pick up the car, I then had a change of heart.
After initially complaining to the manager of my situation everything was swiftly turned back around from a not so good experience to a great one.
Milad was celebrating Eid on the new date of pick up so I had his colleague Tulica Bogdan instead.
He picked me up from the train station, reimbursed my failed trip with petrol and stayed with me patiently as I had issues of my own trying to pay the outstanding deposit and issues with my finance company.
NatWest mobile banking was down and he had other customers to deal with but despite the hick-ups he was very professional and patient.
Thank you Tulica - I hope your weekend and the week ahead is smoother than our business together!

Incredible service and a lovely experience
The best experience I have ever had with a garage.
From the moment we walked in we were welcomed, treated with care and respect. Tulica took his time to explain how the company works, went out of his way to bring the car over and get it cleaned for us to properly examine the car and test drive it.
Tulica was the most genuine soul, he has a great sense of humour, was not pushy at any point and really took pride in what their company is doing and the cars he is selling.
It felt like a stress free experience, we were offered drinks and biscuits whilst we waited and every question we asked was answered calmly, honestly and without any sense of rush or pressure.
I highly recommend NMG, so many times car garages are a very off putting experience, and this was a very refreshing experience.

Came good in the end - updated review
Came to buy my car through car wow. Really bad start - over 2 hours late for appointment and made no contact. I had to ring dealer direct to find out what was happening. On arrival started to negotiate price down based upon things that had already been clearly and honestly disclosed in the original listing. Offered around £750 less than their bid which I declined. This was extremely disappointing and was expecting to have to re-list my car. However after posting my initial review (as above) I was contacted by the dealership who could not have been more helpful. They apologised and offered to buy the car at the original price agreed, car was picked up a few hours later with no issues.

WOW! Exceptional service......
From our 1st contact with Noya Motor Group we received only honesty and respectful guidance from the sales professional Tulica.
He was very warm and clear.
When he said he would do something or call at a particular time he did. Never letting us down.
We did not want to travel 150 miles to view the vehicle we bought, we also had a car to trade in.
He made the process extremely clear and simple.
Tulica made us a video of the car at the beginning. We asked for the wheels to be blacked and a Williams life time ceramic coat to be applied.
I had looked around for prices but Noya were, by far, the most competitive.
Tulica also made videos of each process.
Ensuring we had confidence whilst buying from distance.
Tulica arranged the delivery of our Evoque and collection of our part exchanged RCZ.
Again this was seamless.
Everything was done with precision.
The vehicle came on a transporter.
The guys were fantastic, so polite and helpful.
From start to finish this was so smooth.
We really would recommend Noya Motor Group and especially Tulica, a truly genuine and warm man.
