Purchased a HD smart dynamic 5D holographic night light projector. It looked amazing on the add but when it arrived it was nothing but a flimsy tiny torch that had three images only, no rotation as described, no sea life images. The product is nothing like as described. Tried to contact several times to organise a refund and no response. This website is a scam, don’t buy the product

This place is unprofessional and is terrible I would not recommend anyone here with them I've been waiting for about 2 weeks for a refund they tried to act like I was scamming them by telling them my delivery did not make it to me when they delivered it to the wrong address .I contacted my closest post office and they told me that it was sent to the wrong address and they returned it back to the manufacture. Still have not responded to any of my emails or requests of refunds they are horrible I would never deal with them again if anybody asked me about them I have nothing great to say about them along with that I will be reporting them to the consumer fraud protection because I want my money back. I put my order in May 27th and have not gotten my order yet.

They are a SCAM and FRAUD and Thieves..I have not recieved my product at all..requested for a full refund and with their response back they said 5 to 7 days full refund to be returned but seen nothing refunded. I have sent them over 2 emails for response about my refund and still have not heard from them.. They rate themselves as 4.9 stars but I'll definitely give them 0.0 stars even giving them 1.0 star is to good for them..Be aware of this fraud/scam company and that is if they are a company.. My advise to everyone - WARNING - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY WHATSOEVER AND THAT IS IF THEY ARE A COMPANY..They robbed me with AUD$63.00...COMMON SENSE REQUIRED - IF THEY DID RESPOND TO ANY OF MY EMAILS THEN I WOULD CALL THEM A COMPANY BUT OVER 2 EMAILS I SENT THEM AND NO RESPONSE AT ALL..WHAT DOES THAT SAY !!! I KNOW WHAT THAT SAYS 0.0 STARS !!! Please note: Most genuine overseas online companies have their contact details such as EMAIL ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER but Nnhhore only have EMAIL ADDRESS shown..VERY STRANGE !! I wonder why ????????

I rate this company a 0 they are saying that my package arrived but I haven't received it yet that's bad for business don't waist you time and money on this place it's a fruad

Requested an RMA to return a product that was unopened and unused. After numerous emails between the company and myself, it was obvious I was being given the run-around, and they were never going to give me an RMA. However, they did give me many reasons why they couldn't do so - "we only accept returns that are damaged or defective...","our return policy changed recently", "send photos of product and packaging", and a lot of requests for the Order Number, Date placed, and my email address; come on really.

Do not waste your hard earned money or valuable time shopping with this company.

Product received was not what was advertised. They only have email for contact info and do not respond. They state they accept returns but will not provide return code.

Complete scam site. Items advertised are not what you receive. Stay away and don't make the same mistake I did. Lesson learned...

This company claims high Trustpilot rating but apparently because of their dishonesty has a low rating. If they are dishonest in their claims I would not trust there honesty relative to their products.

Very suspicious. Has Trust pilot logo on advertising but if you go and check on Trust Pilot it shows only one review and that’s only a one star review!

Buyer beware!! Vendor claim a 4.9 Trust Pilot rating. When you submit your credit card information on their form for a purchase they respond that they aren't processing credit cards now...after they have your card information. Waiting to see what surprises are on next month's statement.
