Horrible customer service and quality

Horrible! I bought the check suitcase for my daughter for her to take on a trip to Paris in 1.5 weeks. She used it a few weeks ago for the first time and the wheel broke. She has been begging customer service to replace it since then, following their promise to do so. Customer service is terrible!!

carry all suitcase

I ordered the small carry all suitcase and when I received it is was smaller then what I was needing. So I returned it and did have to pay for the shipping back, which was expensive and ws going to have to pay the 5% restocking fee, which is all indicated when you order. The luggage and covers are top quality and the color was beautiful. The 4 star review is due to the slight lack of communication on receiving my returned items and felt like customer service was not up to the quality of their products. But I am happy to say they did make it right and took very good care of me, after we got on the same page, and gave me an apology. I do recommend their products if you want a excellent quality and beautiful, beautiful looking luggage. Thank you, Leslie with Nobl for uping the customer service communications with me.

The company contacted me

The company contacted me. Yes it took awhile but they did make everything right. They did send RA labels and I did get the exchange faster because I had received wrong color. Once they were in contact with me they kept following up and I appreciated that.

Poor Customer Service

I have been unable to get my correct color carry-on for the past four months. They don’t have a customer service phone number on their site either. All I can say is if you order this luggage, say a prayer and light a candle at church so that you get the correct luggage in the right color. But if you have to deal with customer service, you’ll need all the prayers you can get!

I ordered my first three pieces from…

I ordered my first three pieces from Nobl back in early January and black because I had to get the same color for all and I originally wanted midnight blue and it wasn't available for my wide-handled carry-on. When receiving it I thought about it and said I want a color so I ended up ordering it and exchanging it for the green which was a very nice color. Of course me being the person I am I still wasn't 100% satisfied cuz I originally wanted the midnight blue. So we got the green I like it it was a darker green it was a lot darker than the photographs online and I like that because I didn't really I thought it was too bright online I like the darker green and I almost kept it but then I thought about it again and I really wanted the midnight blue. Noble is customer service it's so good that they work with me all the time on this they gave me return labels and allowed me to get the code that I wanted. I had originally switched the carry-on bag to the all-in-one carry-on so that I can keep all the colors in the midnight blue. I just received two of my pieces and my carry-on believe it or not was the wide handle carry on in midnight blue. Thank you Nobl for allowing me to get what I wanted and your customer service is over and above 100%. And I you have already bragged about usual out of my friends which I knew will buy from you in the future along with me. I just ordered the duffel bag and a couple of the things so thanks again for everything you've done. All this bags were 100% quality top of the line quality including the suitcase. You you've earned a customer for life.

I have not received my complete order

I have not received my complete order. I have reach out on numerous occasions with no response. I am still missing 3 of the 9 items ordered as Christmas gifts.

One of the pieces of luggage broke on first use. I have made several efforts to reach out, and again, no response.

Shout out to super agent Ethan Miles

Thanks to Ethan Miles for helping me find just the right combination of luggage. All-in-one carry-on and 28" bag. Amazing that the carry-on has a space for a power bank to charge while traveling. Built very sturdy. Will write more after my trip.

Gabriel Morgan

Gabriel Morgan, customer service care team helped me get my refund after 2 months of waiting. Gabriel kept me patient and did an excellent job! It all started back in March and finally got resolved in August! I love the carry-on suitcase and can’t wait to travel with it! But couldn’t have received my refund without Gabriel Morgan! So glad she was the customer service representative that finally helped me!! Thank you Gabriel!! You are my Nobl hero!! 🙏🦋

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ frisør salon

Frisørerne Susanne og Tom er helt i top. Skøn vibe fra første færd med lækker smoothie, kaffe og lille snack.
Tom tryllede med farvespil i mit alt for lange hår og fik svinget saksen og fik rammet mit ansigt m bløde længder i hele håret. Jeg svævede derfra fuld af smil.
Kan kun sige prøv dem.

Fem stjerner

Jeg har gået hos Susanne i mange år, og hun er utrolig dygtig og et fantastisk menneske. Der er en skøn atmosfære i salonen med meget dygtige frisører, og man går altid derfra med flot hår og et smil på læben.
