Spent 5 minute online completing proposal form, for them to come back and say "Based on information, we cannot insure you at this time"- with no explanation.

An excellent insurer to deal with. Excellent level of cover, excellent communication and customer service.
Insure through Nobel with absolute confidence. I demasted in the Irish Sea whilst solo in February this year, and they have been faultless in getting me back on the water. Thank you!

Such a rip off
Such a rip off. Took out an annual boat insurance policy for our Widebeam in December 2024. We sold our boat at the end of July, cancelled the policy at the beginning of August and expected at least some kind of refund. I questioned this via email to be told that although there are no administration fees, we were 6 months into the policy therefore we are not entitled to any refund.
Obviously this is their T&C’s but it’s a first for me! I just think others should be aware of this. It’s expensive enough living in a marina on a boat and paying for a licence when you can’t even go anywhere without having an insurance company do this to you. Our whole boating experience has cost us thousands.

Thank-you for your comments, we always strongly recommend you read your policy wording and documentation when taking any insurance policy out as terms may vary between Insurers. Our Policy wording sets out very clearly our time on cover charges within your first year of insurance and any subsequent years.

When my dinghy trailer was stolen
When my dinghy trailer was stolen Noble were very professional and proactive in sorting out the claim within a month. It obviously helped that I had details of the trailer, VIN, photos etc. Fair settlement at the end of the process. No complaints.
