Before I started the magnesium glycinate 5 in 1, sleep was terrible, morning movement was always a struggle, being able to stay awake at weekends was impossible, always tiered, I fractured my pelvis 23 years ago in motorbike accident, my hips had just started causing me serious pain, any movement hurt like hell, then I started the magnesium, first Saturday, 2 months ago, was wide awake all day, after few days, my morning movement, moved easy, a few aches and pains that always plagued me, did no more, even my hips stopped aching, it's funny as a swore I would never ride bike again, but have been thinking about it again, I would recommend them to anyone, I have one thing I would moan about, was sometimes I felt so alive on the pills, then next day did not get that kick, maybe had a few dud ones, or maybe was so used to them, if only they could sort out my back and feet pain.
