Hi team,

I have following complaint against No Broker at high Level,

1) Their Search Filter is not working appropriately its giving me same result again and again even after changing area, I will attach this proof.

2) No broker have Very limited almost zero suggestion on 2 BHK semi furnished in Premimum societies such as ren Avalon, Jai Gardenia, Raja Ritz, Arat Premier, Adithya Exilir, SMR Vinay Endeavour, Alpine Eco Apartments, Casa Gopalan, Monarch Aqua, Habitat Eden Heights, United Meadows, Oceanus Classic, Brigade Metropolis, Shilpitha Splendor Annex, Gopalan Grandeur, Garuda Vista, ASN Srikaram, Amrutha Heights Phase 2, DivyaSree Republic, Purva Fountain Square, Rohini Avitri, Knightsbridge Apartments, and Sumadhura LNR Lake Breeze. I have checked over internet and facebook 2 BHK semi furnished should be well fit within 60k my requirement in these societies and but No broker will only show you fully furnished home of 3 BHK for this you have to go to No broker and check properties by area.

Ideally No Broker should return result by searching directly to society but I can see their filter is not working for e.g. if I search "DivyaShree Republic" no result will come even though you enter area but Divya Shree is actually present as listing this is degrading customer experience I have

3) Failed to Showcase property after scheduling visit lead to waste of count. It happened with me in Rohan Avitri society where they have not confirmed with Owner before scheduling visit whether owner is okay with field manager visit or not. Owner declined to show property over video call but No broker reduce my contact
4) The application lacks basic features and provided suggestions even for their highest plan

- Ineffective Rental Filters: The "Smart Filter" system requires significant improvement to justify the plan's cost. Specifically:
- Society Search: There is a lack of direct search functionality for specific societies.
- Radius & Distance Filters: Manual entry of three localities is inefficient. I should have the option to apply a Distance Filter or radius-based search, especially for premium tiers.
- Availability & Selection: There is no way to filter by move-in dates (e.g., houses available by August 1st). Additionally, the premium filter currently yields zero to few recommendations, rendering it ineffective.
- Property Rejection: I require an option to "reject" or remove properties from my view so they do not reappear in future searches.
- Poor Application Performance: The chat section frequently hangs and is not user-friendly.
- Substandard UX & Safety: The interface design leads to frequent accidental "Contact Owner" clicks while viewing photos. An extra "Confirm Contact Owner" safety layer is missing.
- Lack of AI/Smart Recommendations: Despite this being a high-tier plan, there are no prompt-based requirement tools or automated suggestions based on my shortlists.
- Data Integrity & Relevance: The search engine mostly returns the same property listed under different areas. As shown in the attached screen recording, I am receiving irrelevant results like Disha Courtyard, which is over 8km away from my target area.
5) Even after explaining requirement multiple times they are suggesting properties which is not having good locality or 3 BHK or fully furnished or too far from office. The bitter truth is they don't have the wide range of listing available

Ac service is basically a scam The technician are only interested in filling ac gas which doesn't last a few months.Ac service is a big scam no broker can download the payments I have made for my ac gas refill and spares . Still they are not working working properly

Mohan Palempalli (our RM) was very helpful in managing our visits and coordinating between the owners and us. He was professional in managing our bookings and keeping us up to date on recent properties.

Worst experience ever from @nobroker.com. the service js very slow and the property manager never receives your call on time. Giving fake promises. I won't even give a start to them.

NoBroker's "free" owner-tenant connect is a time-wasting/Fake circus. They deliberately hide both parties' contact numbers so you can't verify anything directly — supposedly to "protect" you, but really just to keep control over the lead and generate fake leads. The field RM assigned to coordinate visits is clueless and dumb half the time, doesn't have a basic common sense of coordination, and can't get tenants to pick up calls. I've had visits "scheduled" where the tenant simply vanishes — no call, no cancellation, no explanation. A day bro multiple message and calls to get confirmation of availability on the slot. Feels less like a service and more like a lead-generation mill padding numbers to look active. If you're an owner, be ready to waste hours chasing ghosts and work with dumb peoples.

I purchased the relax plan, and my relationship manager V Priya provided great recommendations for the house, and also helped in arranging the meetings.

It is very good app. V Priya(RM) was very helpfull.

Maaz listened my issues patiently. He assured the resolution with a SLA. He made sure my issue got fixed and confirmed the same via call back

Rating applies only to the Movers & Packers service.

This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. The packing crew handled my belongings very carelessly, throwing items around and causing damage. They did not listen to instructions or handle household goods with the basic level of care expected from a professional moving service.

The support from the NoBroker service team was equally disappointing. Despite raising my concerns, I did not receive the assistance or resolution I expected.

I have videos and photographs documenting the condition of my belongings and the way the move was handled.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using their Movers & Packers service in Pune. I cannot comment on their service in other cities, but my experience in Pune was extremely poor and unprofessional.

I took a super money back plan NRI. But even after 90 days, they are not refunding my money even after the plan ended 2 months ago.

I haven't landed with any seller from Nobroker yet.

They have just wasted my time and money with this property.

Their statement changes every time and you will be charged more than what is quoted to you and you’ll get almost zero insurance coverage. All the best if you are choosing No Broker packers and movers

Pathetic service, The cleaning service is one of the worst I've ever experienced.

For every single thing, we had to ask the staff to clean properly instead of them doing it as part of the service. On top of that, they even damaged one of the taps in my home. After raising multiple service requests, there was no proper response or resolution only repeated follow ups and tickets being closed without fixing the issue.

If you are looking for frustration, poor customer support and a terrible service experience, then choose NoBroker. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend looking for other options.

There is no way to unsubscribe from their service I never signed up for. It's pure spam at this point. They are a spammer. I don't live in India and somehow can't seem to get them to stop sending me emails

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

My experience with NoBroker has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their customer support is highly unprofessional, disorganized, and completely lacking in accountability.

Despite submitting every document they requested—including the e-signed rental agreement that their own executive team specifically asked me to provide—my Relationship Manager continued to ask for the exact same documents over and over again. It became obvious that my emails were either never read or completely ignored. Most of the responses appeared to be generic, automated AI-generated replies that had nothing to do with my actual concerns.

I wasted countless hours repeating myself, following up, and escalating the issue, only to receive the same meaningless responses. There was no ownership, no communication between teams, and no genuine effort to resolve my case.

The worst part is that I suffered a financial loss of approximately ₹30,000 because NoBroker refused to process my payment/claim despite me fulfilling all their requirements and providing every document they requested. In addition, they charged me for services that were never delivered and failed to process my refund. Even getting my apartment key back became an unnecessary ordeal.

As an NRI, I trusted NoBroker to handle a simple rental process professionally. Instead, I was met with incompetence, endless delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of customer care.

I strongly advise anyone considering NoBroker to think twice. If something goes wrong, don’t expect timely support, accountability, or a fair resolution. My experience has been extremely frustrating, financially damaging, and a complete waste of time. I would never use NoBroker again and cannot recommend their services to anyone.

I had a pathetic experience with NoBroker's services. The so-called professional assigned for my AC installation damaged both my TV and my AC during the installation. Unfortunately, that wasn't the end of it.
The technician also took away the copper pipes without my knowledge, consultation, or permission, which is completely unacceptable.
It's been more than 30 days that I have been continuously following up with NoBroker, but my issue is still unresolved. They have shown no genuine interest in listening to or helping their customer. Their customer support has been extremely disappointing, with no accountability or effective resolution.
I had a really bad experience with both Movers & Packers and AC Installation services. Instead of resolving issues, they keep making customers follow up repeatedly without providing any meaningful support for service failures, unfulfilled commitments, or damages caused by their technicians.
I am extremely disappointed with NoBroker's service quality, professionalism, and customer support. I will never use their services again and will strongly advise my friends, family, and colleagues to avoid them.
My advice: Use NoBroker's services at your own risk. If something goes wrong, don't expect timely support, accountability, or a fair resolution. I will also be sharing my experience on social media so that others can make an informed decision before choosing their services.

I entrusted this business with selling my property, but they failed to deliver despite repeated assurances. Communication was poor, there was little transparency, and I saw no effective marketing or genuine effort to secure a buyer. My time and expectations were wasted. I opted for super money back plan which was very expensive. For first month it is understood that response will be slow, so I kept patient and gave the no broker team another chance, but they misreably failed to deliver.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.
