Amazing service
I spoke to Damian before putting the order in to see if the bed could be assembled by the company - it could. They even said they would put the new mattress on it (and that had been bought elsewhere). I asked for a set time on a particular day and I got it (8am). Indeed they were there on time. I got photos of the assembled bed and the old bed was taken outside. They packed away all packaging - including that of the mattress - into their car. Initially this company was not going to remove the old bed as they didn't use a van but I was let down by the waste removal company I had arranged and Damian said they could fit in it the car. We agreed a price and everything was taken away. I was sent a photo of the old bed and mattress in the skip at the recycling centre so I did not have to worry about fly-tipping. I must say it was a hassle-free experience and they went above and beyond to help out. I fully recommend them.

The headboard has a scratch about 2cm…
The headboard has a scratch about 2cm long. The assembly instructions are good. I think it would be useful to supply pads for the bottom of the legs to protect wood and vinyl floors from scratching.

Good product awful delivery experience
The bed quality is good and the service over the phone excellent. However I am removing stars because of the awful delivery, on the initial delivery the delivery guy was rude and missed one box and when they sent the second delivery with the missing box the concierge informed me later someone just dumped a box in reception and not received by anyone. Packages were delivered by DX.

Well made, sturdy and stylish under bed drawers
From ordering to delivery it was very quick. The quality of the drawers is high and they feel strong and sturdy, nothing flimsy about the design.
Slight fiddly bit putting them together on my own but that’s not a cause for concern and once put together simply slide under the bed.

High quality bed frame!
High quality bed frame, solid base and very clear logical instructions definitely worth the price.
Buying from this company directly saved me a good amount of money!
Also delivery was fast!
After assembling the bed and put the mattress on it, its noticeably lower than the devan bed I had, I'm not sure if my guests will like that or not. I think it's low to help the stability of the bed frame and the room feels more spacious so hopefully it'll work fine and I'll n

One negative point is the bed frame is very dusty and dirty when you unbox it, it's not a big deal but it ruined the unboxing experience for me, I hope this issue can be addressed by the management!

Ikea could learn a thing or two here!
Ikea could learn a thing or two from Nodax. The bed was very easy to assemble - I did the whole thing on my own in less than an hour (probably best to get another person to help, but I managed). The bed itself is really nice - well made, nicely finished, great value. The Nodax team were also very nice to deal with on the phone.

I had emails and phone calls from Norbert..very good communication and after sales service about the product.
I was very impressed with the quality of this item not your usual flimsy slates.

I am blown away by the quality
I am blown away by the quality. I had previously ordered a dunelm bed and thank god it was defective and I had to immediately send it back. As I took this new Nodax bed out the box, I immediately saw the difference in quality. Its so solid, easy to put together, looks fantastic. I got the Aurora double and its space saving but can still fit things underneath which I need in a small flat. The oak colour is lovely and warming for the room. Plus it is completely solid when using it for other activities...
