Total scam wish I'd read this first no items received its in China they just keep your money
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Ordered a coat in January. 3 months later, I’ve received nothing. I’ve emailed them and they’ve given no concrete explanation just generic emails. They don’t even care. Customer service is terrible.
I repeat, do not order from here!!! It’s a scam
Stay away.
I ordered a synthetic puffer jacket from the Facebook link. The picture showed a dark silver/grey jacket.
What I eventually received was a light beige jacket which was badly made. Where the zip is sewn to the bottom of the jacket both sides flare away from the zip and don’t sit right.
I emailed my issue and have spent about 10 days going forwards and backwards with customer service, who do not want to give me the returns address.
I am at the point where I will just raise a claim with my card issuer.
If there was a 0 star I would have chosen that.
Order never arrived, emails are responded to (eventually) with a generic response and/or a pretend email from their CEO 🤣
I had to do a chargeback on my bank account and only then did I get an email - asking me to withdraw it, along with a threat if I didn’t.
Avoid at all costs!
Extremely poor company
Poor quality items - Not as they look on the website
You will not get a refund
Stay clear of this company
Absolute scammers
AVOID
Don’t ever ever buy or even look at the site they steal your money
AVOID
Fraudulent company presenting themselves as a UK Based company but based in China. No returns policy and poor customer service. Ordered £50 boots which came folded in a jiffy bag. Stay away from this appalling business, if you can even call it that.
This company is fraudulent, do not go near them. They are based in China but lead you to believe they are UK based. There is no returns policy. I have reported them to my bank's fraud team in the hope this company will be stopped. Do not buy from them
*****do not order from this site*** they are scammers!!! My mum who is a pensioner order a coat, it arrived a month later no labels, looks like it has come from china/temu. No response to return request. ****save yourself money and time and avoid avoid avoid*****
DO NOT BUY FROM NOIRLDN! They do not offer full refund as they are a dodgy company based in China. They were making me pay the transportation costs back to China and basically said it may never get to them so don’t bother. It also took 3 weeks for the item to come when it was meant to arrive in 3-5 days. Stay away!
Scam company with a UK registered address operating out of China. Inferior products and size. Returns have to be sent to China despite their website saying easy returns. Nowhere ion there website does it mention China. This is against Comsumer Law in the UK. Please see info below and take action to stop this company from operating. I have already started legal action. The company is registered in the name of Dr Bilal Waseem. Hope this info is useful.
“Make a claim to the Small Claims Courtin the UK, even if they have a UK address but direct returns to China; your contract is with the UK entity, and under UK law (Consumer Rights Act 2015 & Consumer Contracts Regulations), you're usually entitled to a refund without paying excessive return costs for faulty/unwanted items, especially if they didn't clearly state this expensive return requirement upfront. The company must provide a refund, and you should first formally complain, then escalate to the Money Claim Online (MCOL) service for the Small Claims Track if they refuse, citing their breach of UK consumer law for the UK-registered business”
Typically I am very vigilant when making any online purchase, but stupidly ordered a jacket from this joke of a Company. Their advertisement was impressive and stated they were UK based with fast express delivery! I had checked their credentials with Companies House, however I now realise that just because they are a registered Limited Company, this does not mean that your money or your data is safe! The jacket purchased on 9th December for a Christmas gift still hadn't turned up by the 20th. I emailed their customer support team twice, but each time received what appeared to be a flimsy standard response. Finally with only 2 days left until Christmas I went to a reputable retailer and purchased another jacket. On the 29th of December, the jacket from NOIR LDN (Noir) finally arrived. I sent an email to their uncaring and unhelpful 'customer support team' telling them that due to their failure to provide the promised 'express delivery' I had been forced to purchase a jacket elsewhere and would be returning this as it had arrived way too late and was no longer required. Unfortunately by this time I had checked out the awful trust pilot reviews and realised very quickly that I had made very poor judgement by making this online purchase! Realising that NOIR are nothing more than a 'clone company' dealing with cheap production and shipment from China, I wanted the jacket gone, a full refund and nothing more to do with them! Some 4 or 5 emails later, Noir have now offered me a 40% discount to "save me the hassle of returning the jacket and to avoid long processing and additional customs fees", all of which stinks of a Company who are only intent on cheating and scamming consumers!! Although I have no intention of unpacking the jacket, I do wonder what quality the goods are, when their preference is for you keep hold of the item with their miserable offer of a 20-40% discount!! Realistically why would anyone knowingly buy clothing being produced and shipped from China on the basis that delivery might take weeks/months or never turn up at all, and that if they had to return the item, it would be a lengthy and costly process for them to do so?!!! All of this information carefully hidden in their website! I don't intend to return the jacket to China and after looking into further, it would appear that the name and address on their return label to China also appears to be dodgy, which is why I suspect they try and persuade you NOT to return the item! I don't know why Companies like this are allowed to operate in the UK, but I will take this matter as far as I can in order to expose them for what they really are! Please do yourself a huge favour and do not under any circumstances order from NOIR LDN. If enough people read the reviews here and don't place an order, perhaps the company will be dissolved, which should always be the outcome for rouge traders who take advantage of consumers.
No good received. This seems to be a fraudelent company.
