Decent Product, Bad Support

I tried to return my watch, it instructs on the website to write an email. I’ve written 3 emails to the email provided and haven’t received any response.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am sorry to hear that you are not happy that we have not responded to your emails.
The issue raised is very concerning but having looked in to this we did respond to your email informing you to return your watch to our returns address and upon receiving the product we will refund you but we did not hear back from you.
We respond to all of our messages within 1 hour from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. We don’t offer free returns or have a way of you arranging a collection for free via a courier.
I can see that you did indeed return your unwanted item which we refunded you for straight away - we currently offer Free UK Delivery (usually Next Day) on all items no matter the value and feel this is a great offer to the customer, which unfortunately means we cannot offer free returns as well.
