Bought the circle of fifths pro plastic and sturdy plus the guitar circle of fifths guitar book.
Arrived fast, really pleased with my purchase. I would recommend this company.

Really gave me lots of control on my Xbox controller. My hands felt more comfortable and holding the controller as well it’s a little snug going on, but you wanted to be snug so it doesn’t come off easily

Noisy Clan have many products, and I have most of them. I have the Grandstand, with all sizes of plate and the desktop stand. They have the correct amount of stiffness to hold themselves at the angle you need while being easy enough to move. The ability to turn from slight angle back for holding books and tablets to flat as a laptop riser.

The first production run had occasional defects with one part. Which they made contact about and sent out replacement part.

There circle of 5ths Decoder and posters are well presented robust designs.

Worth every penny. Excellent indepth booklet that really unlocks everything there is in the circle of 5ths. I highly recommend it.

Bought their Circle of Fifths and Cheat Sheets for guitar. Absolute winners in terms of ease of use and being easy to interpret and use. Brilliant and would highly recommend.

I purchased a wee stand for my child to bring to orchestra. It’s so light and easy to use, such a great product!!

Ours arrived with a broken leg and I wrote to ask if there was a way I could fix it. Joe from the Noisy Clan sent a replacement stand in no time. The emails were replied quickly and every shipment came with a lovely handwritten note. Absolutely amazing customer service and would recommend this company to anyone!

I received delivery of my Grandstand yesterday and I can say it is well worth the wait since I backed its Kickstarter launch campaign!

The packaging really impressed me. I noticed right away the quality of the materials and the neat and *not plastic* tape. Really happy about how little plastic there was (virtually none. Great work!), and the boxes were just a delight, all neat and economical with space and satisfying to open! Honestly it was a very pleasurable experience.

The contents of the boxes maintained my enthusiasm. The parts look and feel solid and high quality. I love how few parts there are, and there's nothing fiddly or delicate or likely to come loose and go astray. I was confident I've made a great purchase before I'd even assembled it.

The printed instructions looked super simple, and actually were. More importantly for me, assembly was intuitive and fool proof for someone who doesn't generally read instructions.

I'm pleased to see it is just as easy to disassemble and that it takes up so little space for something so solid, though it looks good enough to have on display, which may have the added bonus of encouraging me to play more!

Overall, I am really happy with the Grandstand. I am glad I backed the Kickstarter project and it has been interesting to follow your journey from then to now. Well done! I wish you every success with it.

Super nice communication and great product, I ordered a Circle of Fifths chart and it is so far the best one from a few available on the market - very concise, easy to understand (at least for the one who knew a bit music theory but has long forgot it) and of superior quality. Accompanying booklet is also very helpful and straight to the point. Thanks a lot guys, you rock!

Great communication, super quick delivery, product excellent and just what I was looking for.

I was part of the original Kickstarter campaign for the Wee Stand, but ended up getting a unit with manufacturing problems causing the legs to end up with wildly different lengths, making the whole thing unstable. After an initial unsatisfactory interaction with customer support, I did write about the experience as a not-so-favourable review here. But to the defense of Noisy Clan, they reached out to me again and have been amazingly helpful and willing to make things right. Big props to them for that alone!

So it's only right that I amend this review to give it a better rating.

I'll wait for my replacement unit to arrive before I can assess the product, unencumbered by the manufacturing defect and turn this into a proper review once I've had some time to use it in practice.

For now, consider the rating as concerning the customer service and for the features I _have_ liked during the limited use I've gotten out of my faulty unit :)

Noisy Clan customer service is the best! I was so happy with my purchase of the "Circle of Fifths" that I looked into their web site. Found the "Wee Stand" and purchased it as well after watching their video. It got lost in the mail, even though tracking data had it posted all the way to my local carrier station. I casually asked if they could do anything about it and what they did was dispatch me a replacement right away.

I have it and it is as advertised. It is the coolest stand! Watch the video on their site for full details. It is absolutely brilliant.

I ordered a Wee Stand and somehow the product fell out of its packaging enroute. I emailed Noisy Clan and they immediately responded, assuring me that another would be in the mail right away. It arrived in great shape and is a wonderful product. Encouraging to find a company with such great customer service, as well as quality products.

I found out about the Decoder through Sean Daniel’s YouTube-video and ordered it directly. Although I’m a Swede and still living there, the product came relatively fast.

And I really love the product and the following book! So much fun and an excellent way of diving in to music theory! Thanks a lot for a truly brilliant product. I’m now spreading the word about you!!!

My daughter purchased the circle of fifths decoder as a present for my birthday. When the package arrived the outer envelope was wet and unfortunately the booklet was water damaged. They decoder however was unharmed as it was sealed within a separate plastic packet.

I contacted Noisy Clan directly and explained the situation and the booklet was replaced immediately. It’s a realty great well thought out product for composers and musicians alike and with the explanation booklet its an absolute gem

I was one of the Kickstarter backers so was really excited about this new stand but I couldn't get the hang of my first Wee Stand, the legs seemed to collapse at whatever height it was, then one of them snapped off and I gave up on it. Then a few months later, I contacted them via their website and got a reply the next morning. Joe was so helpful and suggested that it sounded like a manufacturing defect and they'd send me a replacement. That was Monday, my replacement arrived on Wednesday! And it is brilliant, exactly what I'd hoped the Wee Stand would be. Great product and refreshingly good customer service!
