We wanted to plan a multi-generational holiday with our family to celebrate two very special birthdays and reached out to No News No Shoes to see which destination we would recommend. At the time we were unsure if the Maldives would be suitable for all of us. Chris and Tom gave us a fantastic overview of how a Maldives holiday works and after that conversation I was confident it would be great for all of us from our 6 year old to our parents. After discussing what sort of resorts we normally like, what style and what we need, they already had a fantastic shortlist in mind. The hardest part for us was picking just one as they were all stunning! We organised our holiday in December 2025, intending to travel in April 2026 which is the Maldives busiest time of year. However, thanks to the hard work of Tom and his relationship with the resort, we were able to get out first choice and rooms all next door to each other. The timing of our trip then coincided with the Middle East war and I cannot emphasize enough how hard Tom worked to not only make our holiday still happen in the end but the constant communication and continuous update on the options available to us made what really could have been very stressful for us, not stressful at all (I'm sure it was highly stressful his end but none of that came across to us). I have booked with other travel agents in the past and found them brilliant until things go wrong, then it's been a different story. That was not the case with No News No Shoes, they could not have been more supportive, helpful and available to us. I am so grateful I booked with them and certainly will not be going anywhere else in the future. We were able to fly avoiding the conflict zone over our already organised dates and of course the resort was as beautiful as we had hoped. The Maldives is like a painting. Our daughter loved the kids club, pools and beaches, our parents had a fabulous time relaxing and my husband and I had a wonderful time snorkelling, enjoying the watersports and some all important time out. We stayed at Sun Siyam Olhuveli in a sunset beach pavilion with a pool and we miss it daily. Thank you to No News No Shoes for everything, we can't wait to book again with you and it will most definitely be back to the Maldives. The Mason family.

From the planning of our trip to the holiday itself and the communication along the way - No News No Shoes has been excellent. Their hotel and itinerary recommendations for our Sri Lanka tour turned out to be absolutely spot on for what we were after. The quality of the hotels, the wonderful guide/driver we had in Sri Lanka and the pace of our tour were all perfect. We arrived just after the cyclone had hit which did have some impact on our itinerary, but any changes were really clearly communicated and we were happy with the alternatives.
The Maldives part of our holiday was equally excellent. The resort they recommended was exactly what we were after - small, quiet, beautiful, fabulous service, and with all the facilities we were after.
In summary NNNS skill at listening to our brief and marrying that with their knowledge of the destinations meant we had one of the best holidays of our lives.

Excellent customer service from Chris at No News No Shoes. Chris could not do enough to ensure that our holiday touring Rajasthan and visiting Agra and Delhi was outstanding! Chris ensured that all transfers were seamless and that we had a wide range of experiences. Everything went without a hitch and highlights were the Taj Mahal (of course), Ramathra Fort, Churu, Deo Garh (where we saw wild leopards), Khimsar dunes and Old Delhi.

I urge everyone to do themselves a favour and never book through this company. I encountered so many problems through this company and when I did complain they brushed me aside.

I was meant to have a holiday of a lifetime in Sri lanka, but it turned out to be a holiday from hell.

Called up to get a quote for a holiday and spoke to Nathan who was extremely helpful, said he would put together a package for us which he did very quicky, well laid out itinerary with a good price and happy to go ahead with it.

NNNS arranged a superb holiday for us in Sri Lanka. We went back to the company after they organised a tour of Southern India which we really enjoyed. They are very customer focused, friendly and experienced. On top of that they are great people to do work with. Very flexible and great listeners.

We have arranged three previous holidays with you and have every confidence that we will have a great trip. We offered ideas that you shaped for us. The process was a dialogue. We were not just presented with prepared units we had to accept. We were able to construct a holiday which was what we wanted, meeting our needs and desires.

Having travelled with you before, we wanted to visit other parts of India and after a few e-mails back and forth have ended up with a package that ticks all our boxes. The service was very good and with the various detailed itineraries we were able to run through each day and make whatever changes we wanted to, eg not having two days of leisure. This helped the process enormously

What a simply brilliant tour operator! They offer tailor made holidays individually suited to you. We have now used them over 10 times and each time have found absolutely brilliant. We first met them at the Travel Show in London when we considering a trip to India. In the end we opted for Sri Lanka and from the word go Chris and her team understood our requirements from small boutique hotels/guest houses to excursions which no one else could offer. Quite simply they listen to you and don't try and shoehorn you into a standard package but spend time in understanding you and then tailoring your holiday personally to you.

I have used NNNS since after 2020 they provide an excellent service, nothing is ever any trouble and queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. So highly recommended.We have recently had Doug and Nathan as advisers who are both extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have recommended to friends who I know have also been happy with their services.

Gary is fantastic! His vast knowledge of Kerala made planning our trip easy and fun. We booked our honeymoon to India with No News No Shoes. Everything was organised to ensure the whole trip was completely stress free. It was amazing down to every last detail. What we wanted was fully listened to but then with great advice to make sure we got the most out of our trip. All hotels were incredible and brilliant transport while travelling around.
