Excellent products. Not exactly an Amazon experience, but customer care is very attentive and you get what you're owed.

There was an error in the tracking but from what I know the mistake was made by InPost so all good.

Amazing product and excellent customer support. They helped me with my issue within 30 minutes and even apologized for the delay, although the response was very quick. The only area for improvement is the packaging, as the product arrived in a simple paper envelope, which didn't feel very secure.

Jeżeli chodzi o sklep to nie ma żadnych problemów z dostarczeniem odczynników. Na początku miałem trochę obaw po przeczytaniu niektórych recenzji jednak okazało się że te negatywne recenzje są całkowicie nieuzasadnione. zakupione odczynniki dotarły do wskazanego miejsca szybko, sprawnie i bezproblemowo. Pod tym względem sklep mogę całkowicie polecić. Co do samych odczynników na razie nie mogę jeszcze wydać opinii ponieważ nie przeprowadzałem badań z dostarczonym odczynnikiem jednak jak już sprawdzę ich jakość w laboratorium to w miarę możliwości wydam ocenę. Na razie nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń

Awesome. Got the things delivered to Poland, they were extra helpful as I didn't have a Polish number to deliver to a pickup box.

They were very fast in processing and shipping my order. Since my package took longer as expected, I was in contact with customer service and they were very fast in responding.
Everything arrived exactly as I ordered it and the product is good in quality.

Will order again.

1 When I couldn't fulfill standard bank payment option I was offered another payment solution which worked smoothly.
2 They (Agatha) Offered the swiftest and clearest of replies and service. Was shipped promptly and delivered within days.

The whats app number in the contact menu responded quickly with information for the delivery. Was very helpful and quick response time. The delivery was delivered within 2-3 days as I do live in Poland. Feedback was given to me from the shop regarding the delivery code and dispatch timings. Also, when i opened the delivery package, the sender had also included some free samples which were not on my order so that was much appreciated. Overall, very good experience with Nonsensia and this is my 2nd time using them.

After 3 month writing to claim my delivery and many many frustrating mails I came to the conclusion they are a scam of the worst kind! NEVER EVER AGAIN. I did not get my parcel. Money lost. It is the worst purchase experience I have ever made far
