I was out of contract with Plusnet

I was out of contract with Plusnet. No One's 900b package was a no-brainer. Plusnet can't offer me those speeds in my area and not at the price if they could. No One's team turned up early. Were very friendly and helpful. It was all straightforward. I was genuinely astonished when Lisa from Customer Support called me personally to enquire why I wasn't online 30 minutes later. She passed me to Ben who got me connected immediately [needed a new password and username]. I was immediately thrilled with my new super speed, but it wasn't 900mb. Lisa said to give it time to settle down. It's been nearly a week and I've checked my speed several times daily using Ookla, Fast & Broadband Speed Checker. Whilst results with different sites vary, it looks like I'm averaging 700mb and as I write my speed is 97mb, and has been so for hours now, which I am distinctly unhappy about, but I've just discovered that Customer Service is not 24/7 and office hours only. Since connection I've had 900mb about four times and I've even had 950 and 1 Gig.I would accept a regular 800mb, but as it stands I don't consider I'm receiving the product sold to me anywhere near consistently enough.

Hi Kevin. Thanks for your feedback. We are pleased that the initial install etc went smoothly. We understand that speed tests for our customers are important to establish if they are getting what they pay for but the problem with speed tests is that the results they give are dependent on a number of factors including whether you're pc / laptop is connected via an ethernet cable or if you're testing from a wireless device. It can depend on the age of the device and whether you are carrying out a browser based speed test. The speed test server you're testing against will impact the results too. We have a 24/7 Network Operations Centre that monitors our core network 24/7 but we don't provide general support 24/7 as we don't see any demand from customers to deliver support after 10pm which is when general support finishes. Installation efficient and brilliant tech support

The installation was on time. The engineers were very polite and friendly and did a very neat job. There was a bit of difficulty getting the signal to reach all over my difficult house but the tech team were quick and easy to reach and brilliant at helping me get the mesh system working. They were patient, knowledgeable and easy to understand. I am very impressed.

Rude customer service. Told me to leave

Worst customer service I received. I had constant issues with the new internet connection I got and they was trying to work and solve it. I eventually got so frustrated that I wanted to leave. They offered me some free months to make me stay and try to fix it. So i stayed and worked with them to try and solve it a bit longer because of this. When the time for the free months came, they charged me. I complained and they point out a small wording in the offer to avoid it even though i still did what they wanted that whole time trying to fix the issue. Then the staff gets rude to me and tells me to go find another internet provider and they dont want me. Why? Because i went to claim the free month they offered and they try to get out of it in some sleazy way

What a great company

What a great company. Ordering was easy and clear, switchover seamless and getting good speeds. Lisa is really ace customer service, rang me straight back after raising a ticket. Can't find anything to complain about, and that is very refreshing these days!! Top marks!!

How could I fault No One..

How could I fault No One... Cos No One does it better right? So I began by ringing up because I wanted to speak with a human. I spoke initially with Lisa. Explained my circumstances. Lisa waited for my order to come through and within 10 minutes, rang me back to say she had bought my installation date with city fibre forward by 5 days. My router was delivered next day. I kid you not, city fibre had just left and I received a phone call to ask if everything was all up and running ok. That is what I call customer service. Lisa and the team. You are fab. Keep it up please.

Excellent customer service

Have only been with this company for a month but their customer service has been first rate, much better than the big providers. The speed and connection I'm getting since day 1 have been far better than with my last provider. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service received…

Absolutely fantastic service received right from order to installation, even with issues due to our house location. Lisa has been great!! Speed is looking good so far, not yet 900mb but its only been live about half an hour.

Awesome support

Slight issue with using the mesh adapter instead of the pre-configured router. Called Support and my call was quickly answered. The support from Olli was above and beyond my expectations and a great reflection and credit to No One if it continues this way. My issue was resolved quickly and Olli ensured that not only was I connected but it was correctly and unlikely to cause my issues further down the line..

The move has been seamless with support…

The move has been seamless with support from the company at all times. We had an issue over a weekend when a member of my family deceided to reset the router, which changed the configeration. we had support within 2 hours, easily resolved. Broadband speeds as stated with excellent service. I would recommend this company for anybody looking to be treated like a customer, old values however great to receive in today's world.

Great internet, with excellent customer service

No One have so far provided excellent service. The internet connection as been great. The customer service experience during the installation was excellent. I was kept up to date and well informed, even when there were a couple of unforeseen issues during the physical the fibre installation process.

Excellent communication and customer service ...

Recently moved to the CityFibre network and decided to go with Noone based on the excellent reviews that I read online. And I must say I am so relieved to have made the right decision in choosing them over others.
The ordering process was simple and straightforward with competitive prices for the plan I was looking for. There were some hiccups with the installation but Lisa from the customer service team was fantastic. Everything was sorted out with the CF team and the installation was completed on the next available date. The service is up and running now without any issues. Very pleased with the service so far.

Fantastic customer service from Lisa. After initial issues with CityFibre with incorrect installation information, Lisa was able resolve it all and get the gigabit fibre installed and working.

Faultless customer service!

One week ago I purchased the full fibre 900 package on line, received my router and mesh 3 days later.

I had my full fibre installed by Thor and Luke today from city fibre … flawless installation, polite, quick and super tidy!

Within an hour I had a call from Lisa from No one Internet to see how I was getting on. I said I was having some trouble with the mesh ( old house, thick walls) so she arranged for engineer Ben to call me, which he did promptly. He added updates, rebooted and gave me great advice for placement. I ended up purchasing an extra mesh after reading other people’s reviews on the mesh and old houses, so hopefully that will fix any weak points.
Ben also helped me connect all my other appliances, and requested the port of my landline. Ben was patient and kind, I am a complete technophobe, and he was brilliant!

THANK YOU! Only 10 hours in and I’m happy already, with a few tweaks to come it will be spot on. Already faster broadband for half the price as I was paying with Virgin for their rubbish speeds and poor service. Noone Internet have already proved FANTASTIC customer service and they really do go above and beyond to make sure it’s all working and you’re happy with the product.

Exceptional customer service

When I called to inform Customer Service I had no fibre to the house and Lisa realised I had no internet connection She immediately said she would call City Fibre to bring forward the installation date. She telephoned me back to say they would be coming on Thursday (this was Tuesday) The router arrived Wednesday. All connected and up and running in 3 days, I cannot thank and praise them enough.

Initial Install - Incredible service

My contract renewal with my previous ISP was coming up so I decided to look around and came across No-One.

I picked these guys based on the following;
Price - Reasonable, similar price to all of the over suppliers and they were on the cheaper side of the scale.
Reviews - The gleeming reviews on Trust Pilot and their responses to issues all seemed amazing.
Hardware - Most ISP's use either utter trash or some over the top branded router (which isn't that great) to get attention. I really feel they have gone for a perfect balance of cost to performance with the router provided.

I work as a network engineer and bringing new sites online alongside other MSP's is part of my day to day so I have worked alongside many of the big names such as Open Reach, MLL, Virgin etc so I was a little reluctant at first to try an unknown (to me) company and I am super glad I did.

The entire process has been amazing and easy, I had no end of issues trying to get FTP with an Open Reach provider that I ended up not bothering and picked on that City Fibre supported and what a difference. Although City Fibre do work for multiple MSP's, I am super happy No One is part of this as the install was amazing and straight forward.

I am still waiting for my connection to stabilise so I will come back and update the review should I have any issues but from what I can see, should I need to contact support it looks like I will be in good hands. I am currently getting 800-900 down/up and the control I have on the router provided is perfect, as I run a small home lab alongside needing a high upload for work, the ability to configure the ip's and subnets means I didn't have to reconfigure my entire network once this became live.

Fantastic responsive company best I’ve ever experienced

We have recently changed internet providers as BT had become so expensive and download speeds were poor. Looking at the reviews Noone seemed to come out on top so we thought we would give them a go. We live in an old house with thick walls so it’s very hard for the internet to reach all the rooms without rooters. We explained this to Noone and they could not have been more helpful. It took a few mesh connectors and several phone calls (Ben was brilliant and super patient) to get it all up and running but honestly I have never had customer service like it. They answer the phone call within minutes, and respond almost immediately to emails. They were brilliant. We now have super fast broadband and know that any problems will be solved without delay. Well done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

No One internet has brilliant customer service

No One internet may be an unusual name but its customer service is also unusual. I say ‘unusual’ customer service because phones are answered quickly and a couple of queries I’ve had have been sorted straight away - fantastic support!

What an amazing company

What an amazing company. Polite , very helpful. amazing customer service. Very quick at getting us set up. I wish all companies were this easy to deal with. I am recommending them to everyone I know. All I can say is thank you so much. You are worth 10 stars but I can only award 5 on here .

It's been a long time since I've experienced this level of customer service. I reached out to No One 3 times and each time my concerns were resolved within 2 hours - one call for a router deliver query prior to install and then two calls for help with setting up my own router.
