Excellent Fiber Broadband Provider
So, I finally got fiber to my house and one of the service providers offered to me was No One broadband. They offered a really good speed at a great price, guaranteed not to go up in price mid contract which clinched tge deal. The installation was really quick, the engineers were helpful and did a very tidy job. My service was up and running in no time. No One is now part of Home Telecom and the service provided is excellent No issues with speed or outages. The billing is straightforward and with no problems. First class service from a teriffic company.

Leave before 15th Jan or your prices will go up!
I urge anyone currently with No one (now Home Telecom) to check you emails! I signed a contract with guaranteed no price rises for 24 months a year ago. A few days ago I received an email saying as of April the price will be going up!!! Staying with them after the 15th January would have been acceptance of the new terms. I contacted them (customer service used to be excellent but not so good now) and complained. They couldn’t honour my original contract so I cancelled without penalty and will now join Zen. No One was great, Home Telecom have ruined it!!! Only gave 2 stars because when I finally got through, the guy was very nice and my contract was cancelled without penalty no quibble.
Edit due to No One response: My contract should have stayed at 29.99 a month until December 2025 so why on earth would I sign up for £31.99 a month??? Your proposed hike of 10% as of April is a joke and not what I signed up for. I have now signed up with another company for 18 months FIXED PRICE FOR THE TERM OF MY CONTRACT! I would quite frankly rather pay more to a reputable company than stay with one that moves the goals posts when it suits them. I hope this review finds anyone who may not have noticed their email and stops them from being unknowingly trapped in a contract they didn't agree to.
2nd edit: At no point did I say I was trapped in a contract. While I was offered a discount, this was only after I asked to leave and this was not mentioned in your email. I have lost faith in your company and chose to leave anyway. I believe I made it clear in my review that I left without penalty. I had to look very hard through your new terms to find the information about price rises so I do hope you will make sure all your customers will be clearly informed and understand this before your 15th January deadline so that they are not trapped as this so easily could happen!
NoOne are not who they used to be
NoOne are not who they used to be. They used to be a very good provider with excellent support, but now that they're under the HomeTelecom brand, they've plummeted to levels only described as 'worse than vodafone, virgin and BT combined'
Customer support is now nonexistant, hometelecom have no interest in actually giving support, you get bounced around and talked over. If you reach the same guy in billing i ended up with, you'll get intimidation attempts and threats of debt collectors and ballifs...all for a charge you do not owe, I'm not even their customer anymore!
I once had a 5* review here for NoOne, 2 years ago, they were fantastic, it's a shame to see them damage their brand as much as this, HomeTelecom are so bad, it warrants a 1*.
The speeds and connection were fine, I should add, but the support now is attrocious, do yourselves a favour and keep looking for a good provider, NoOne aint it anymore

Good service in more ways than one
After a bad experience with a well known provider I opted for No One. Two years so far of good connectivity and a more personal service than is usual. Moving house was also a smooth transition with the service quickly transferred to the new property.

Excellent Service and set up
When I was looking for fibre broadband I found several companies and mailed them for information. No One were the first to reply and were helpful in answering my questions. So I signed up. Saw some reviews of the kit which made me a bit nervous. Three days in it’s set up and all working with the speeds I was promised. At the router I’m getting 900mbs on Ethernet which is what I paid for. The wifi depends on the walls and floors in the house but the wifi speeds are double or treble what I had previously on Vodafone and the access points are delivering both 2.4ghz and 5ghz to the devices. All good so far let’s see how this goes.

No One Internet -Just Brilliant
So signed up to no one internet for both business and personal broadband as I had read such great reviews for the company. Once I had joined no one internet I had some teething problems on my business broadband with the internet dropping and the router not being configured properly, and some general questions regarding the landline being transfered over from my previous provider. Called no one internet and dealt with Stephen and Ben. Have to say that they were both brilliant in sorting out any problems I had. They took responsibility for resolving my issues and getting both my personal and business broadband configured and up and running, and resolving the teething problems I had. They contacted me back quickly and contacted me when our phone line was to migate over, and dialled in and configured the router with the details of the phone service in a jiffy, and Ben and Stephen were always so professional and courteous at all times. So great being able to phone them directly without going round the houses, and they are so efficient at what they do. The service itself both in the business and my own home is lighting fast, and I'm consistently getting 400MPS + on both as promised which is twice as fast as I was getting with Vodafone. So glad I swapped over and the reviews for the company were spot on. I'm so glad I came over and well done no one internet, Stephen and Ben. Thanks so much for the great service

Uninterested in resolving issue
I've been a customer with No-one for just shy of two years. I'm disabled and I work from home. As a result I have two internet connections for redundancy purposes. It just so happens that both are provided by the same Openreach reseller which I didn't know before ordering.
I've encountered some service-impacting issues that have taken months to resolve. Most recently I raised a support request in May regarding not getting the speeds I pay for. Testing regularly via my router's console interface I've been able to demonstrate that the No-one connection is slower and experiences up to 3x the latency of the other, despite being the same fibre network. This result follows if I change the active WAN port and ONT, eliminating cabling/equipment from the list of things that could be the problem.
I got my renewal notice a few days ago and I pointed out that they hadn't fixed my issue yet, so why would I renew? I was rather unhelpfully told that I'd be let out of my contract early instead of attempting to resolve the issue.
Whilst support and ordering are very personable and easy to talk to, this isn't the approach I'd take if someone informed me, with evidence, of fairly significant issues with my infrastructure that also supports other customers connections and fundamentally it's this response that matters most.
Edit: This was a two star review but I'm dropping to one for the tone of the reply from No-One.
Simply not true? Why does it take so long to get replies? Why is pertinent information omitted in those replies?
I logged the issue in January. Updates stopped in June. I requested updates which went unresponded to for at least a month, twice.
I asked for an update again 21 days ago, pointing out that I've been paying the full amount every month for a service that's been substandard for at least 6 months. It's taken you until today to even begin to address that, but your "offer" is "get off our network, here's a month's fees refunded". That's not resolving the issue. That is a clear statement of disinterest in my issue and my custom.

Well 20 months after having my internet installed by No One 07/03/2023, I felt i should update my review, in 20 months I have not had a single problem with my connection, which has always been solid and lightning fast from day one. I will not hesitate to renew my contract as soon as it comes up for renewal...Thank You No One

Best internet provider there is!
Very helpful support with near 900mbps speeds. This is one of the best interent providers you can get. They have a nice online dashboard and have no no nonsense and just state everything (including contracts) easily viewable and provide you with a suitable router!

Internet power issue resolved quickly
I had a power issue with my internet. I contacted the team at NoOne and they sent someone out to fix it the next day. Very pleased with their service.

Really great service and communication
Really great service and communication.
Fast response to my query and they actually reached out to me too again by email to check up on my status regarding the internet (it was working completely fine, it was my mesh kit acting up).
Overall, really helpful and informative staff with a great price guarantee and most importantly fast internet (I’m an artist/video designer so am always downloading large files, zero issues).
I know some people have been worried about the telecoms customer services affecting it after they were brought out but just stick to their official site contact info/email, it’s still the same great service and staff 👍

The broadband connection has been stable and reliable since connection. About one year after initial installation the router developed default. The tech support line was easy to reach and they send out a new modem the same day. Excellent service and I really wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Here's to the next 12 months!
I have been with No One Internet for a year now, having being recommended them by word-of-mouth. Everything is easy to set up and they are reliable and offer genuine customer service in a surprisingly speedy manner. I have renewed for another - quicker - package and am looking forward to continuing using their service.

Excellent Customer Services
Nowadays it can be difficult to find a company who can provide excellent customer services but with No One Internet, their services are exceptional. With the ongoing issues we had, which was not the company’s fault, both Ben and Stephen were fantastic. Particularly Ben who went above and beyond to get us connected. With good connectivity, excellent customer services, we would highly recommend and we are spreading the word!

Excellent at every point.
Excellent service from the moment of ordering to the installation. After installation we had to ask for the cabling to be moved which was completed the next day. Friendly customer service who always respond quickly.
Cant fault the transition from Virgin to No One. No One internet make it simple and easy to change providers and are giving us an amazing upload and download speed.
Highly recommended if you are moving to a City Fibre connection.

Billing Issue
I’ve been with no one for 2 years and I would recommend them to any one, the only issue recently is when they took on home telecom to do the billing. I’ve found that it is best to go back to no one if you have billing issues as home telecom are unlikely to help you. Stephen at no one got involved and then enquired with me to make sure home telecom had resolved it. Great job Stephen.

Ridiculously fast speed up and down
Ridiculously fast speed up and down. My neighbours are spewing as we are getting over 900 up and down for £32 pcm. They are getting less than 36 and are paying twice as much. Customer service is exceptional. Easy communication all the way through the process.
