I bought the collagen powder and it is such good value, I looked around at different brands and this one was the best for me. It is great quality as well and very easy to use. It doesn't have a taste or smell, I will definitely keep using this brand

1st part of my order unfortunately arrived damaged due an error in the choice of packaging, which was disappointing. However, the customer service was excellent from the moment I got in touch. They responded quickly, apologised for the issue, and arranged to resolve the problem without any hassle. The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently. While it's never ideal to receive a damaged item, the way the company resolved the problem has given me confidence in their commitment to customer satisfaction. I would happily order from them again in the near future. Hopefully items won't be delivered damaged inshallah.

Zidan reached out to me with a Lab test certificate.

I requested a copy of the lab test certificate from this company, as their website claims that their products are tested for heavy metals and other harmful substances. However, they have not responded at all. This lack of transparency is very suspicious, and I will not be purchasing from them again. I submitted my request through their official contact page.

But food is lovely

I’ve been using Noor collagen now and can now testify to it effectiveness and benefits.
Its smoothens out when i mix with my tea, forms no lumps, doesn’t give my tea additional taste which is great.
I was recently on a morning walk, when my friend asked me what im using for my skin, i was surprised and told him, i use Noor collagen.
Overall, this i would say is a great product that delivers as described.
