I felt at ease with the staff when I…
I felt at ease with the staff when I walked through the door they were caring and professional throughout.
The questions I had were answered in full and truthfully and if I had a question at a later time I could raise them (there’s always something that one forgets and it could be raised later)
Nora took photos of before and after so I could see the difference.
This was even before my operation,
During my operation I was welcomed by the hospital’s staff which was my first hospital choice and again felt at ease.
I was informed at every step of the way so I knew the next steps and how to prepare and take care of myself.
The operation went smoothly and I recieved
A big Scaring but was very much informed on how to care for it.
A year on I have a faint white line that I can hardly see it
I am so pleased that I chose Nora Nugent
And had the operation in her care
and can highly recommend her to others.
