Less than one star! Quality is awful and I complained that the garment was faulty so I should not incur return costs - which turns out are to China! No response from the company and no refund for me

one star is to generous terrible quality and was not made clear that returns have to be posted to China. Do not be tempted to order from here.

Do not use ! Total Fraud.
This company is based in China not London.
Quality of clothes is terrible, you have to pay a high price to return to China and they most certainly do not refund you when you return.

My wife was also scammed by this company. Please avoid - they are not based in London, they do not send anything like what they advertise (just very cheap rubbish) and by all accounts almost impossible to get a refund.

Calls itself Norbury London Uk and shows a gorgeous photo of a London shop. Not London not Uk but from China. They took over a month to arrive and are nothing like the photographs show. Awful. Now they’ve said they will refund the money if I send them back to china and they will inspect and give me my refund.

Still not received order, i placed the order on 29/4/26 today is 15/5/26 and it still says the same thing on the delivery. I will give until next Friday then i will call the bank to get a refund. I wish i had read the reviews first but the website looked good. A mistake i wont make again.

I would actually say ZERO stars as this is a complete con. The dress advertised is NOT what I received. Correspondence is with China - dress is from China, 100% polyester... making a return is back to China and you have to pay for tracked package which I wouldn't be surprised if it went missing on route!

Total scam. Ordered a dress which looked amazing on the website. When I received it it was a crumpled mess and it didn't fit. Asked to return it and they offered me 15% off my next order and I could keep the dress. After contacting the company I could return the dress at my expense to China. The address to send it back to look suss.

This company is a total scam, Norbury does not exist, its a Chinese company that after a month send you something that looks like it comes from a cheap market, when you request a refund they want administration cost of ten dollars. Plus you have to pay to send it back. They send you one email after another delay tactics, requesting the size, then a picture. In the end had to bin the item ordered. I knew would not get a refund. Please dont waste your hard earned money.

This is a SCAM the delivery took ages to come, and the dress I ordered didn’t look anything like the picture that was advertised. This is false advertisement and they need reporting to trading standards!!

Do not order from this company. Same experience as others. A complete scam. Items completely different to picture. No return policy. Poor quality. Avoid.

Do not order from this site . Waiting over a month for my outfit to be delivered I was expecting a trouser and top set and an awful dress turned up in the same colour . Have emailed about retuning but no response as yet . Do not recommend . Do not order from them

Dreadful!! Dress was inferior quality and nothing like the picture of what I ordered and no info regarding return. Emailed twice but couldn’t get anywhere , gave up and accepted 25% refund as return fee had to be paid to China AVOID AVOID AVOID
