Avoid this company. They give you nothing and continue to take money from your bank with little chance to get it back. They offer an £11 initial uptake and then take £79 from your account and will continue to do so unless you cancel.

Again I would give no stars if…
Again I would give no stars if possible. Please read carefully their terms and conditions. I only wanted to try it for 7 days ended up by paying £11 plus £79.11 for a further month. I apparently was given 7 days to cancel my subscription, which I didn’t even know I had agreed to. I ordered on the 20th February and cancelled on the 27th February. This to me is 7 days. I was too late and they had taken out the £79.11 on the 7th day. I have had numerous emails back and forth but still not got my money back. I will be advising people whenever I see their advert to be very careful when using this company, and to read the small print which is all in their favour. Go on You Tube you can get facial yoga free.

This company should be shut down
How can there still be people out there signing up to this bunch of crooks? One thing to note is that they retain your debit card details whilst you are unable to access them yourself. This is not PCIDSS compliant and they are acting against data protection laws - hardly surprising really. As so many others have said on here, I do not even want to give them one star but I will keep posting one star until they give me my money back.

DO NOT buy from this company
DO NOT buy from this company. They are completely non-transparent regarding subscriptions and will charge you significantly more on subsequent orders. I originally purchased a "deal" for a face yoga package, only to have over $100 sneakily withdrawn from my account a month later.
Despite explaining that I never intended to subscribe and had been dealing with a sudden death in my immediate family—leaving me unable to even use the service—they refused to offer any flexibility or a refund. Their business practices are predatory and they lack basic human empathy. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I do NOT WANT TO PUT ONE STAR. Absolutely a rip off company, please read reviews first, so wished I had. I signed up for face yoga £15.00, which ended up £15.80.
This was for a 28 day trial. However before the 28 days were due, they charged me
£79. 11 . They say I signed up to a subscription.Which I 100% did NOT. They will not give me a refund, after 36 emails.
The face Yoga is rubbish, so is the app, I still don’t understand why they charged me all that money. Please don’t let them steel any money from you.

I had a lot of trouble logging on. I did get assistance from the support specialist, and like magic, I was where I needed to be.
The exercises are good, the coach was very good, and no complaints about that.

Easy instruction and guide
Easy to read what is included and what is extra. Very easily explained what each bundle gives and how you can build on it adding extra courses and coaching. But can decline easily so don’t feel pressured into spending what you don’t have.

Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company! Promise of refund of 18 euros if you complete first 28 days in 28 days, NOT TRUE. On top of that they took out another 92 euros without permission. Refusing to refund. Thet obviously do this to lots of customers. I found out they are based in a building in Iceland, where there are lots of fraudulent companies who scam people. Can we do anything about this. Why would this be allowed? The New York Post wrote an article about this building in Reykjavik in 2024. The authorities in Iceland know about it. Why is nothing being done? How can we report or stop them?

Scam company
Nord Yoga keep a very hidden information about a monthly subscription of €100 that takes place after an order of €20. This should be criminal.
I followed the Nord Yoga response and contacted their help-mail since they
”want to resolve this issue regarding the membership charges”. This was obviously also a scam since they didn’t want to give me any money back.
