Krizza was great - very helpful in resolving my issue!

The sales rep was amazing! She gave me some great tips for using my sauna for the first time. I also forgot to order the bucket and the handle for pouring water on the rocks inside my Sauna. She sent me three links to choose from a variety of options that I was interested in she was extremely helpful and positive. I always have a great experience when calling.

Although I ultimately did not purchase from Nordica, Eric was very helpful and considerate while I worked my way through the sauna world. Answered all my questions and supplied all requested information. No hesitation is recommending this company.

Processed order flawlessly and they made sure to honor a deal I had with them and even reached out to remind me of things I forgot to add to my cart.

I bought a 3 person Sauna and everything went very smoothly. There was an issue with one of the touchscreens after setup, and the support to get a new one was great. I’d recommend buying from here for sure.
