I believe you're claiming I've never been your customer to discredit this review and protect your client base. I remember your pleasant demeanor from 18 months ago, especially the personal thank you from Sam and the complimentary bag of Skittles. However, now your handling of this situation is disappointing. I provided you with my order details—Order number 03-11050-14847, placed on January 12, 2024, at 9:47 PM—and the test results you requested, yet you never responded. Instead, you've chosen to mislead on this platform to shield your brand. This is the only place I've purchased from, making it impossible for the excuse that I bought elsewhere. If I could, I would share the receipt as proof. I have nothing to gain from being dishonest; I just wanted to verify the product quality before purchasing more since I learned that residue at the bottom of shilajit indicates lower quality. The test results revealed that your company's product isn't as authentic as advertised, showing only 32% fulvic acid instead of the 82% claimed. Despite sending you these results, there was no reply, just this public denial. Instead of addressing the quality concerns, you chose to manage your image. To anyone reading this, be wary of this company's claims. Test any samples independently to see the truth for yourself. That's my plan from now on. Nobo, I hope you take this as a lesson that honesty truly matters.

I have ordered for a few years now, last year i had my first problem of which they apologised for telling me this year they would "grow up" I love the products but this August I placed an order for cbd bath blocks, it's now December!! Still no order!! I have called number... it does not connect and emailed 4 times with no response!! They have £70 of my money. Do not order from this company I do t know what's happened but they clearly don't care. I am sad and annoyed they were fantastic products shame the people are pants!!

I have a strange relationship with this company. I’ve been buying Shilajit from nobo for a few years now. Even after I fell out with the CEO on instagram because he was making outrageous vegan claims and I called him out. Instead of communicating with me he just blocked me. The problem for me was that it was the best Shilajit that I’d found so decided to stick with it. When I went to buy a new batch September 2025, prices had gone up, which is understandable. So I decided to go with the subscription option. But when I bought the 100g refill pouch and chose subscription. I chose 1 month and there is no way I’m going through that much Shilajit in a month. I tried changing the subscription but could not find the place to do it on the site. So I checked the policy page and the instructions there do not correspond with my account page. I sent an email after month 1(September), got no response. Sent another email after my second subscription turned up (October), Still nothing. I’ve since sent several emails the last being, formal cancellation of subscription and threatening to report them to trading standards.
I’ve tried calling the number provided, which say number not recognised, there is no response to emails. And no response to social media. So I’m going to have to phone my bank and cancel the subscription.
I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I think it’s important to tell people about negative experiences so that that can hopefully avoid the same problems.
Update: I eventually received confirmation of cancellation in writing (included with delivery), but I still wish the company had responded to email and provided an easy subscription management process. Product is good—but communication needs improvement.

Well I presume the reason you are going with the "Ive never been a customer" lie, is to help you with flagging this review...so as to keep your customers. You guys seemed nice 18mnths ago, I still have my reciept with the personal thank you note from Sam & sending the free bag of skittles. But now you are behaving quite sour, having been caught out. Which btw is the only site I have ever bought from, so the "could have been bought from someone else" lie isnt holding much water either. If I could post the reciept on a picture I would. What have I got to gain by lying? Im not trying to be refunded, just genuinley wanted to test it before buying more as I had been alerted that bits in the bottom of the shilajit meant it isnt top quality. Im glad I had it tested to see that your company Nobo isnt as authentic as stated. I have sent you the test results which you probably werent expecting me to do, as you have not responded since. Only on here, publically, to implement some sort of damage control instead of being concerned that your shilajit isnt as potent as you claim (82% claim - though tests declare 32% fulvic acid) So a heads up for the people reading this... Do not buy from this fraudulent company. If you do, buy a sample and send it off independently to a reputable company to find out the truth for yourself. I will do that myself now going forward. Lesson learned. Nobo, hope you learn your lesson. Honesty is the best policy!

I ordered from this company 2 weeks ago and I have emailed 3 times to see when the delivery will be. All 3 times I have been ignored. It’s completely unprofessional. I want a fall refund and I will never use again.

My order somehow got lost, thus the 4 and not a 5. But once I notified them about it, they dealt with it quickly and kindly. Really enjoying the product! It's done wonders for my elbow, which had been sore for *ages*!

Good product. Has helped me and my husband's ailments as much as possible. Nice touch with the two cbd vapes and packet of sweets! I just hope that the single use vape ban doesn't include cbd vale's as they are an additional self treatment for those who vape or smoke.
I had to chase my order after payment as shown as dispatched by email but not on app. This was dealt with promptly and status changed, thank you Liam.

Subtle but great!
My hubby and 1 (70+) were sceptical, but willing to try this product. What we noticed over a couple of weeks was more energy, fewer aches and pains and an improvement in longer term conditions. Would recommend this product!

Product itself is good, but I was annoyed by the inclusion of two vapes! I don’t vape, I have no friends who vape, and I wouldn’t encourage anyone else to do so, so I will have to throw them away - which is terrible for the environment.
