NORDIC BUS AND MAPLE BUS SCAM!!
I was at the designated stop 35 minutes early, the bus was late. I called to confirm I was in the right spot and the customer service attendant said yes and to wait in the right spot. I received a text with pictures of where to stand and that the bus was running 4-5 minutes late. 10 minutes later I called back and the customer service representative told me I was not there and left without me. I asked for any form of assistance and then was hung up on. I then called back and left with a voicemail. I also called with a Pearson airport representative and they were also hung up on. The entire thing was such a scam and was extremely frustrating.

Terrible service. I was waiting at the bus stop in Ottawa, they did not show up to the bus stop on time so I call the number on their website. It’s no longer in service. I get a call 8 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, and when I answer they hung up immediately. I call them back and they pick up. I keep asking is anyone there and I don’t hear anything but background noise, for all I know this is just a random number. I get another call from them 13 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. They said that they tried to call me when they were waiting at the stop but they “couldn’t reach me” I told them I’ve been waiting here for a long time and haven’t been seeing their bus. They said their driver was there exactly at the scheduled pickup time when I know for a fact they were not. I confirm the address and they say I’m correct. They say sorry, but they have the audacity to tell me if I can make it to Kingston they can allow me on the bus there. How the hell am I going to Kingston?! They send me “proof” that the bus was there at the scheduled pickup time for 2 minutes before leaving.. so when they called me 8 minutes after the pickup time they were already 6 minutes away? Yeah, right. This company is full of lies, you can see it in other reviews too. I thought they were a good cheap option, but they treat their customers like cheap options as well. Terrible service.

🚫🚫🚨🚨🚫🚫FRAUD ALERT! FRAUD ALERT! This is the same firm that was formerly known as Maplebus.ca but has now changed its name to Nordicbus.ca!! This company is a big fraud because they have scammed a lot of customers by not picking them up from the destination on time because they never arrive on time and keep changing pickup locations, and then when you ask for a refund, they refuse to give you one even though it is their fault for not picking up the customers at their locations! They offered terrible service!! The car was driven mostly by Shamin Yashir, the company's owner, who is a horrible person! He has racist and bad behavioral issues! I traveled with them several times, especially when the owner drove; he had a bad attitude! They literally tempt clients by asking for 5-star evaluations and offering free beverages ! They even chage too much for extra bags!The car space is extremely congested—there is simply not enough room ! I would not suggest this firm to anyone!
