Delivery did not come on time. I selected a Saturday which was available and did not receive it until Tuesday I believe

Looks like you placed your order on a Thursday night and we attempted to call you to let you know that Saturday wouldn’t be possible this time around because of some missing items.
Had your order come in just 12 hours sooner we probably could have made it happen.
Looks like your 4th order but you’re only sharing this experience with a review. That’s too bad.
Based on all of our reviews you can see that we are fully committed to our customers and I’m sorry that we didn’t meet your expectations this time around.

Customer service was outstanding, However...
Customer service was outstanding. Julian went above and beyond the norm to expedite my order.
I would have rated this experience Five Stars, but the Wagyu filets were not fully frozen (they were shipped from less than 100 miles away, and I paid for the upgraded wrap to keep them frozen), and the quality of the cut does not appear to be anywhere near the others I have purchased (in all fairness, the others were picture perfect—just like the photo in your ad).

We tried the salmon and scallops for our first time shopping, both were AMAZING quality and so delicious and fresh.
The salesmen we met at the Calabasas Farmer's Market on 3/23 was also amazing... this man knew about every piece of fish he was selling and was super genuine. You could tell he loves the product he's selling.

I love this company
I love this company. Every week I buy something at the Larchmont farmers market from Anthony. He is the best! I love the scallops, lobster, pork and various fish! Thanks guys!

Salmon was fantastic!
The fish was fantastic! I used the sashimi salmon for a poke bowl and my husband LOVED the wagyu. Will definitely be buying again since delivery was seamless and customer service was amazing.
