Excellent design, Excellent relief
The design of the diffuser is excellent and top notch, not like the cheaply deisgned ones that are commonplace. To add to that - their collection of essential oils have really helped me to sleep and just generally be in my bedroom. I have been sneezing a lot recently and have found that my bedroom to be the cause, but I like to be in my own bedroom. Their diffuser and essential oils have really helped with that, and have made going to sleep a lot easier.

Excellent website. The detailed images give you a great sense of how the product works. It would help to have an English language option so that you don't have to go through translate in order to purchase the product. The diffuser itself is like a piece of art, and will sit nicely on any piece of furniture, especially since it can come in a variety of wood grains.

WARNING: READ BEFORE BUYING!
So many things went wrong with this company that i need to make a list:
1. They shipped my package to spain.
2. They shipped the wrong version of the diffuser.
3. They didn't send the oils I had purchased with my order, they arrived later and i had to contact them to get them shipped.
4. The OILS i ordered were not the correct product. instead of ONE of each oil, i received two of the SAME oils.
5. They don't respond to my emails.
6. When i try to leave a comment on their facebook warning others of the bad experience with them, they simply delete negative comments and block me from writing anymore.
Sad because the product is decent. But this entire list together made me want to warn others about them.

1. First of all we never shipped to Spain, we have a supplier from Spain which delivered the product to you, because we ran out of stock.
2. We did ship the wrong diffuser, which was very unfortunate and not okay, but we did compensate you.
3. Oils arrived late and it not acceptable, but you didnt have to contact us to get them shipped, they were already on the way when u contacted us.
