After my order arrived with the rum missing I emailed to complain and they actually dropped off the missing items personally. The rum is excellent.

In 2020 we set out to create one of England’s finest native rums, infused with the spirit of Norfolk. It needed to be accessible, smooth and sippable, enough to stir new passions. Norfolk Rum is entirely produced in England, triple-distilled in copper alembics, using only the finest botanicals and pure molasses.

Tried Norfolk Rum at a Burnham Market…
Tried Norfolk Rum at a Burnham Market local craft fair today and sampled the spiced honey and vanilla rum. I’m not a huge rum fan but LOVED it! Ended up buying a gift box containing 2 liqueurs and the spiced rum. We’ve just sat around the kitchen table having a tasting session and all are exceptional! Can’t wait to buy more!

Hiya Jess i am glad to learn that Harry looked after you so well during your visit to our stand at Burnham...you might be interested to learn that not one of our small team were into rum initially but as we began to develop a top of the range base rum, which was so smooth, we began to understand just how good quality rums and rum liqueurs could be...something you are now discovering...for the record we have 3 more shows at Creake Abbey planned before Christmas so hopefully we will see you again...take care

Hiya Mike, I hate to think that we have a miffed customer out there but to be honest I not sure how else we should run discount promotions....with the margins on our bottles being continually squeezed, and October being a quiet month for our industry, 'spur of the moment' offers are simply a way for us to generate cashflow and as a loss leading initiative, it is something we couldn't afford to promote in advance...other than stop running such innitiatives I'm not sure what other options we have....take care

What an amazing company!
Visited the stand at Henham Steam Rally. Was kindly gifted the coconut rum by my uncle but unsure what to put it with I visited the stand for advice. What a friendly welcome we got, the gentleman suggested pineapple juice which he then gave us to try… just wow! We didn’t have any pineapple juice so he kindly gave us a carton to take away for free! We then went on to try the dark spiced rum… with a twist! Made into an eggnog recipe… it was so delicious! We had to buy a bottle too… perfect for Christmas!
Such a friendly couple who were happy to chat.
We quickly made our way back to our caravans where we shared our rums with friends and family, everyone loved them!
Thank you so much, we will be ordering more very soon…

Wow Julia I will certainly be passing your wonderful comments onto my Dad and Teresa...i am delighted that you enjoyed my mum's Eggless Nog recipe, which we will be posting online over the next few days...she originally tried it with egg but a number of people didnt like the idea of drinking raw egg; neither did we, so out came the egg and the amended result has proved to be extremely successful. with one female recipient declaring that it was "Bailey's with balls"...certainly wasnt going to argue with that...take care
