My order was filled fast with just the items I wanted and ordered.

I did not receive a time frame of when they will be delivered but other than that great job

The ammo ordered came and was fine. I was offered a 5% coupon which I was unable to apply after many attempts. I emailed 'sales' with no reply. I dont know if its a company culture but 2 years ago, I had to threaten to sue to get Norma to refund me for returned 243 ammo that would not chamber in 2 of my guns. Email after email, and some calls were unreturned. Eventually a lady contacted me and said she had been employed for customer service. All I wanted was a refund, but even she would not do that. So, I accepted a trade for 6.5 CM. Norma boasts of its quality in all its literature and I reload its cases in 6.5CM and PRC. Something aint right there still.

All my ammunition purchases have been through Norma Shooting. The one time I had to call Customer Service, they were really nice and friendly folks and made sure you had all the information you needed from them before ending the call. I have purchased thousands of rounds from them, and so far not a single issue has been experienced. I support American-made that supports the American people. Keep up the excellent work!!

Selling at discounts to your regular customers.

Prices were good, but order processing was very long. One box of ammunition arrived torn open and re-taped. I'm not sure what that was about.

The utility knife was good quality, and found that it made a good subject for one of my Shoot 'N' Plink videos.

I didn't like the Neverlost gun sling.

Norma Shooting is going to be my "go to" place for ammunition for me to pick up something needed for testing or other videos and magazine articles.

NORMA has quality written all-over and the fact that RUAG now is the owner, only enhances this. NORMA USA's pricing policy seems to be very aggressive and what's not to like about this.

I’ve made a few purchases on this site from 300 wsm bondstrike ammo to .223 rem primed brass casings and every transaction has been pleasant. I also enjoy that you have the option to be notified when a product becomes available. I received everything I’ve ordered and all products were securely packaged and most importantly, correct! and on time. Buy with confidence.

The only range available near where I live is an indoor range that now only allows Frangible ammo used with AR's & AK's. If you don't have any, no shooting, unless you buy what they have to offer at their prices. Pre buying Norma saves the hassles.
