I placed the order two weeks ago. I have received daily messages from fedex telling me that it was out for delivery today. Then a few minutes later it has been delayed until the next day. I know your product is very good but the delivery via FedEx is completely unacceptable. I still don’t have it.

why would i cuss ,an why would you ask me to be honest,very strange an makes me think if i should trust the norma for my shooting needs ,any way i bought ammo it was deliver ,so far so good

I've only ordered twice, both times for brass... No real waiting time for either, just a few days.
I'll be ordering more brass and bullets for other calibers, for reloading soon.

Product has been excellent for the 45+ years I've been using it. Nice to see new items such as bullets becoming available. Unfortunately the selection of calibers has been reduced considerably, and the ability to buy in bulk to take care of my reloading stores need has gone away. The large boxes that only hold 50 rounds of brass are 3-5 times bigger than they need to be and therefore make it hard to display everything I want to carry. And many items I've been waiting for on backorder for months, I'm still waiting for. But the product itself leave little to be desired, if you can get what you want. Would like Norma to make primers available also, powder. Maybe in time.

A couple of months ago I purchased 350 rounds of Norma 158 grain FMJ .38 Special Range & Training Ammunition. They all came from the same lot. While shooting the first 50 rounds I had half dozen rounds that did not fire even though the primers had good, solid hits from the firing pin. Not having this problem with other ammo brands, I did not want to take a chance with the remaining 300 rounds; so, I emailed Norma Support and explained what happened. I included photos of the ammo that didn't go off and a couple of personal observations.

Shortly thereafter, I received a reply from one of the customer service representatives at Norma Support with instructions to return the ammo to them, at their cost, and a copy of my original purchase order.

I received a full refund check yesterday; needless to say that I am thoroughly impressed with Norma's Customer Service Department. The rep I dealt with was very knowledgeable, extremely professional and very pleasant. He took care of the issue very fast, without any controversy.

Norma is excellent ammo, and in my experience, what happened to me with this ammo is not indicative of its quality. But, should something go amiss, you can count on this company to stand behind their products.

Do NOT do business with this company! We made an error in an order for brass, but caught it the same day. The company refused to modify, cancel, or return the order even though it has not left their facility yet. Buyer BEWARE!!!

I purchased the Tac 22LR ammo at a very fair price and the accuracy out of my target rifles is incredible. This ammo really shoots great. The shipment delivery was very fast. After first shooting this ammo I bought two more bricks.
