Addy was clear spoken, English well-rounded and knowledgable about the area of Ontario where I came from and he’s a born Canadian citizen that knows the law and and his insurance stuff. I tested him on the companies knowledge about how long they have been in business as I am older than him he is very wise for his age, excellent communication skills verbally.
Addy knows your insurance policy and product very well and answered all of my questions thoroughly and took the time to go through everything and did not rush me. I felt very comfortable with him. He has an excellent customer service skills and human relations. I highly will recommend him in the future if anyone asked me about life insurance
