North East Bifolds Ltd Avis

Fantastic service from Chris at North East Bifolds.
I would highly recommend them. Great products and service from start to finish.
Had a small issue after initial install and with one phone call Chris was round to sort the issue. Excellent customer service.

Great service throughout. Friendly and informative sales experience. Really good quality doors and windows with fantastic internal blind. I would highly recommend the internal blinds for practicality, cleaning and a very good look. Fitters were very good and removed a layer of bricks to make us almost flush to indoor tiles. We had an issue with one set of blinds which were too short but they simply reordered and replaced it with no questions asked. Great job all round. Thanks lads.

We visited the factory and were impressed with the set up.
We had bespoke bi-fold doors fitted from out lounge into our conservatory.
The product is good quality, which was accompanied by a professional team of installers.
We highly recommend this company

Great experience from start to finish.

Bought aluminimum bifolds, a door and window for our summer house, supply only. Great communication from all staff and product perfect!

Definitely recommend 👌

The doors were for my mother to improve the heat insulation of her house from the conservatory. The fitting team were very professional and courteous as was Phil Johnson. The only issue we have is that the insulation strip at the bottom of two of the doors has come adrift and probably needs to be refixed or replaced. I hope that this can be done.

Excellent service from conception to completion would definatley use again without hesitation

We purchased 2 X 2 panel bifold doors in Anthracite and White. They look absolutely amazing.
Chris, Tony and their team were outstanding. Phil kept us informed from start to finish. They even sorted early installation to accommodate our new kitchen being fitted. Paul and Eric who fitted the doors were very friendly and professional ensuring everything was clean and tidy with minimal damage to the brickwork etc.
I would definitely recommend North East Bifolds as their products are quality and Customer Service exceptional.
Thank you everyone :)

Excellent quality, service and knowledge would highly recommend

Having recently moved house we had no hesitation in calling on the guys from north east bi folds to quote after the superb service we received when we replaced the doors and windows in our last house.
Once again the quote was easily the most competitive out of 4 and once again we weren’t disappointed in the service we received.
From start to finish the response from Chris, Tony and their team was outstanding.
The turn around time from measure and fabrication to installation was exactly what we needed. The product is fantastic and the fitting team were polite, efficient, really neat and tidy and they grafted through all weathers to get the job done with the minimum of fuss.
I cannot thank the north east bi folds team enough for the service.

Best price around. Great service and no hassle to make to measure. Very accommodating for all of my requests and the bifold window looks great!! Matching door arrives tomorrow!

Just completed a self build and used North East Bifolds for all windows and bifold doors, pleased we went for the black aluminium, Chris and Tony were spot on from start to finish, very efficient.

Thank you North East Panels, You delivered on Quality, Installation and Value.
Great selection in their showroom, on installation day the guys did a great job including the tidy up at the end of the day, and we were impressed with the price especially with the size of panels that we needed. They are in great demand so give yourself enough time when you order , it’s great to see local companies busy.

Brilliant company to deal with, use them as much as I can for my customers. Wouldn’t use anybody else, very highly recommended

Great staff and owners very professional great communication excellent price great knowledge of products very well run company

Ordered windows and bifolds from
this company and they were the best company we dealt with during our house extension journey. Product is great and the communication from
the company was outstanding. They answered e mails and queries promptly and clearly. Everyone I spoke to was helpful. Really impressed and I’m highly recommending them to others. Cheers guys.

Quality product and reasonably price
Great range too choose from and good friendly staff and welcoming
Maybe the only minor disappointment was how they left the wall after fitting

Just had a 4 section bifold section designed and fitted to new a extension , North East bifolds built then bespoke for me , outstanding quality and installation. Big thank you to Chris and guys for delivering a professional project at a great price.

Just had two sets of Bifolds and windows fitted in our project and they are amazing quality and look incredible.Chris and the team were spot on from start to finish nothing was a problem and you can tell they are a good company to work for listening to the lads laughing while working in the rain would highly recommend

I had Patio doors fitted. The guys made a very clean job installing them. No damage at all to the surrounding plaster not even a scratch. It was a wet day so I placed old sheets down to protect my cream carpets. There was not a mark on the carpet when I took them up. On the whole very pleased with the installation and the finished result.
