Very happy with the coat I bought from them

I ordered a vintage leather and fur trim coat. I had read some bad reviews after I had ordered it so I wasn't hopefull.
I received my coat and I was over
The moon with it. It was spotless it' looks amazing and it was delivered so quickly. So in the end all I can say I'm experience was a very positive one with Northern Grip. I will be ordering again😊

My first order with this company was ok. I got 2 leather jackets which were in a good condition and accordingly priced (around £30) even though I can't wear them as they are super stiff, they were on sale so I understand why they were reduced.
I gave it a go and ordered again. The second order sheepskin coat came and it smelled so bad. Another coat was faux sheepskin which I thought was real (as it was £99 same as real sheepskin...)
I didn't want them once they arrived cause I couldn't cope with the smell of the real sheepskin and it shouldn't smell so bad as I have few sheepskins already... The other was simply polyester jacket priced £99 also which is ridiculous.
I checked return costs and it was over £30 to send them back.
I contacted the company and they dismissed my complaint about the smell of the sheepskin and refused to at least cover the return costs.. I got offered 20% next order which is not something that I would use as won't order again.
So I don't recommend and won't order from this company.

sent me a horrifically stained jacket that was completely unmentioned and HIDDEN in the photos and description. are now ignoring my email for days. my mistake for trusting them in the first place.

CAVEAT EMPTOR!! Such a nice idea and so unhelpful when anything goes wrong!! The way in which I was asked to return the vintage sheepskin coat I bought seemed rather strange, with a request to say it was worth less than I had actually paid. It was sent by Evri and now Evri say it cannot be delivered, so I have bought a coat for over £90, and paid over £30 to send it back and it is lost in the ether. Evri have not yet given me a reason why they have failed to deliver it either. Altogether a big old mess.
