Northern Soul Scents Avis 

For years I have been subjected to, fake, unnatural scents....
A very good friend of mine purchased a couple of the wax melts, and I was sceptical tbh, but the names, and little description had me intrigued...
Wow, the smell is so intoxicating in a good way, the scents took me back to certain times in my life, amazing job guys
I have now bought my own, and the whole Christmas collection of scents... Can't wait, they all also smell amazing!

Placed an order on 9th November. Up to now I’ve had no communication or delivery date from the company. I have sent 2 emails and 1 message via messenger to chase my order and have had no response to these. Very poor customer service.

scents are gorgeous and have never had a problem with delivery, always ordered well in advance, as it suggests on website, then there’s no disappointment

Absolutely shocking customer service. Don't send orders but take your money and keep advertising on social media.
Comments on social media suggest a lot of people are waiting upto a month for their orders with no communication. Disgusting.

These wax melts are easily the best I've ever bought. The fragrances are amazing, visitors always comment on the wonderful scent in my house ! However, the time it takes for delivery is appalingly bad, and the p+p is expensive, compared to other businesses. Can be 3-4 weeks, so be patient. This is the only reason I didn't rate them a five.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I ordered the products for a gift which was required this week.
The customer service emailed me and let me know that the products were on pre order, although they would try to have the package delivered in time.
The package has just arrived 4 days early.

The scent is nice but only half the order arrived, this arrived very late due to mix up with evri past the birthday it was bought for ordered 24/10/24 half the order arrived 14/11/24 Tip order well in advance Awaiting response about the missing half of my order

Ordered 3 weeks ago and it's still not here just don't bother

I think like lots of others there are no concerns about the actual products. When I’ve received them, they’ve been amazing. BUT… I think I’ve placed 6 orders in total and I’ve had to try and contact the company 3 of those times to find out where orders are. One turned up 4 weeks after the order was placed and two never arrived. The biggest frustration is the radio silence when you try and make contact. The last order I sadly had to contact my credit card company to get the cash back as no one was replying to my emails or social media messages. Such a shame because the products are awesome but as a small business owner myself I need reliable companies to purchase from ☹️

Placed an order which was dispatched apparently on the 23rd of October. Over 2 weeks on and the evri tracking still says they are expecting it. I've tried emailing the company twice with no response. I have also left comments on their Facebook page which were ignored. Items occasionally get lost which is not the fault of the company but to then completely ignore your customers of which there seem to be many who are not receiving their orders it's ridiculous.
Took three weeks to get an email confirming the package was lost and would I like it resent. I replied straight away saying yes and two weeks on have heard nothing from them again. Tried emailing again but have now asked PayPal for a refund which was granted.

Order not received after 18 days!Had an email saying dispatched via Evri.Tracking not updating.No response to 3 emails or message via FB messenger.Resorted to commenting on one of their FB posts to see if this gets a response 🤷‍♀️
I ordered one pack of wax melts to sample them and was hoping to place a much bigger order for Christmas presents.Don't feel confident doing that now.Sorry, but your customer service is terrible if you can't simply respond to emails and update customers as to where there orders stand.

I can't put into words just how beautiful the wax melts are, they last for hours and smell amazing, they are the best by far I've ever had,lovely company with amazing products, really recommend to everyone.

I've looked at the adverts on Facebook for ages as I like the descriptions. I purchased Graveyard Walks, Bookshop and Thunderstorm. My order arrived pretty quickly - in just over a week and packaged well. The melts are really nice and last for a few burnings, just a little less strong each time. Graveyard Walks is my favourite - I thought it would be Thunderstorm as I was drawn to the idea of being able to smell petrichor, which is one of my favourite scents, but I found that the mint overrode any sign of petrichor which was a shame. I will definitely try some of the other melts when these are finished.

I ordered the sample bag to see which scents I liked before ordering one problem I love them all and can’t decide which to order! Very luxurious product scents are all amazing and last for hours! Will definitely be ordering again!

The room sprays live up to my expectations! I ordered coffee and newspapers and mam’s washing, love them both and you don’t need much to make a difference.
Order arrived in good time, oh what shall I get next?!!!
Fab for Christmas presents too.

Saw the good reviews and thought I’d try them. I ordered Harbourside, Coffee & Newspapers, Thunderstorm, Bookshop and Graveyard Walks. I put Harbourside in the living room and Coffee & Newspapers in the kitchen. The Coffee is so cosy warm and inviting - I love it. The Harbourside - wow this is just something else. I’m obsessed with this to the point I haven’t yet tried the rest yet.
I’m so impressed with these fragrances and their longevity I’ve just signed up for their monthly subscription and ordered the Discovery Sample Bag as a Xmas gift.
They might not do ‘next day delivery,’ but well worth waiting a week or so for an amazing smelling house.

These wax melts are lovely the scent really fills my house.My favourite is Grave yard walks smells amazing.I also have the Spa room spray & that is lovely to.

I've ordered three times over the past month and haven't had any issues with my orders. They've arrived within expecting timescales (a couple of weeks) and the product quality is excellent. I'm working my way through the different melts and have some strong favourites such as Thunderstorm, Lakeland Spa and Witches Cauldron. In my own personal experience, great wee company.

I love all this scents, sweet, fresh and unique.
