Having no prior experience of using an energy consultancy, I was hesitant but keen to secure the best rates for our church. I need not have worried. James has been fantastic throughout, helpful, understanding, patient, informative, supportive and readily available to answer any questions I had. Troy assisted with handling a difficult situation, over several months, regarding a complicated transition of a small business premises to a new account, meter and contract. Handled it with great patience and persistence (that another agent did not want to deal with!) and that with an energy supplier that is not the easiest company to deal with! NUS is clearly a customer focussed company, with good communication and has earned the commission that it will receive as an energy deal agent.
