Great craftsmanship

Love my ring! It sparkles so much!! The seller was communicated with me throughout the entire process and even sent a video of the final product before shipping. I really appreciated that. I will for sure buy from them again in the future.

The ring I ordered came in and was beautiful and just as expected and the customer service was wonderful. I was very pleased with this shop. Sometimes it’s scary ordering something online and you want to make sure that it is real and as expected, and this was everything I could hope for.

Tustworthy business!

Victor was in contact with me throughout the entire process, and I really appreciated how responsive and accommodating he was. I even asked to add a jump ring at the 15-inch mark, as I have a small neck and was worried that 16 inches might be too long for me. My personalized request was fulfilled without hesitation.

The necklace took about 10 days to make, and I received the CAD design and a video for validation before it was shipped. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up and I received an item that belonged to another customer, so I had to go through the hassle of sending it back. I then had to wait for the team to receive my actual order from the other customer before they could ship it to me. This added about another 10 days to the process.

That said, throughout the whole situation, communication was smooth and transparent, which I really appreciated. Despite the delay, I am very happy with the necklace I finally received. The craftsmanship is excellent, the diamond is gorgeous, and it passes the diamond tester and 14k stamp.

Overall, I’m very happy with my customized piece and appreciate Victor and the team for making sure I ultimately received exactly what I ordered.

Beautiful jewelry & great customer service

I was looking for a wedding band that sits flush with my engagement ring. The seller was nice enough to let me send all the details and diagrams of my current ring to then ensure it fits flush how I want it to. They were very kind in updating me when I had questions as well. The ring came in on time & it is beautiful & also fits perfectly. Could not be happier with our purchase!!

Simply the best’

Damien, Victor and the team have made this experience so worthwhile.
They were very open to custom make a beautiful ring with the exact
diamond size I asked for. They sent me the CAD design before moving forward with production and handpicked the most gorgeous Marquise I've seen.
They updated me through every step. Most of all, they were very understanding with a last minute work trip and made processing and shipping of the ring in record time. I absolutely recommend ordering from this wonderful team, I cannot wait to keep adding more jewelry from this store! 10/10 quality, service and overall kindness.
