The price was much lower than other companies. Filters don't seem quite as thick as some others, but still very sturdy and capable of removing dirt. Product arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, NorthSky offers a hassle-free 30 day return policy on the vast majority of our products with some conditional exclusions. Upon initiating an eligible return, you will receive a return shipping label in your email with instructions on how to process your return.
All return shipping charges will be covered by Northsky. Return refunds will be credited to the method of payment for the purchase upon receipt, inspection, and approval of the returned products at our warehouse.
Return process
To initiate a return on a recent order, visit the ‘My orders’ section of your user account page (www.northskysupply.com/account/orders) and select the order for which you would like to initiate a return From the order details page, click the ‘Request a return’ hyperlink and fill out the associated return details. Upon completing the return process on our website, you will receive a return confirmation email in your inbox with the return label and associated return instructions. After the product has been received, inspected, and approved at our warehouse, we will initiate a full refund for all returned products.
Exclusions
· Returned products must be in new condition
· Additional details/photos may be requested for approval
· Returns that do not meet the exclusion criteria may be subject to specific return fees or deemed ineligible for a refund but may be eligible for a store credit

This was our first order-getting it delivered was the problem
This was our first order, which we chose due to price however; we were told delivery would be approximately on 8/18,they were a no show, so I called the next day to inquire and gave them our business hours, all good confirmed for 8/19 before 2 pm. Well, no show again at around 1:30 I called to get an ETA and was told they were not going to make it today, someone would call me after 2 with delivery info, even gave them my cell number, reluctantly, and no one called. We will try again today 8/20.

I still haven’t received my order. The ridiculous delivery system you chose supposedly delivered it Aug 3rd at 930am or so. But we never got it, no clue how to find out where it was left. Why wouldn’t you use UPS or Fed Ex?
The girl in customer service was nice and polite today, she said she was looking into it. I haven’t heard back yet, hoping for a resolution by tomorrow.

Not as advertise
Not as advertise, ordered 3 of them and one came in wrong size. Material is cheap and they are small in length. Does not even reach my waist line it fits above my belly button. Such a waste of my money.

The NorthSky team was amazing!
The NorthSky team was amazing! Had some issues with my order due to the delivery team as opposed to NorthSky but Brad was understanding of the challenge and did what he could to fix the issue. The product was exactly as described and came with parts, instructions, and additional resources to assembly.
