Awful company, even the handpick products had hidden defects. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

I have been trying to resolve an issue with my incomplete order (#9142) for over a year now, yet the company has completely ignored all my attempts to contact them. Despite multiple emails and requests, I have neither received the missing items nor a refund.
This level of negligence and disregard for customers is simply unacceptable. If you value proper service and communication, I strongly advise against doing business with this company.

I made my first order in the shop and the truth was very well, at all times very friendly and attentive, the shipment made me arrive through Fedex in a timely manner and bought 30 kilos of a mix sweatshirts and fleece shirts and the truth that met my expectations, I would buy here again, yes of course and also recommend it.

Thought I would try the 15kg ladies jumpers and I was not disappointed these are a complete bargain once taken out if the boxes hung up to drop creases I will be selling and this is my 4th purchase delivery quick to .

I received an order I made today, which was 15 mixed brand sweaters and quite frankly I’m disappointed. They were grade A/B and some of them were horrible condition with holes and huge stains and marks all over.

Thank god I only lost £50. Don’t buy from here I got told I’d get products of Ralph Lauren Lacoste Tommy Hilfiger. Ended up getting majority nautica which were in terrible condition and got a few RL but they were worth pennies had no logos either so overall awful.

Be careful when buying on here. Terrible!

Today I had to reschedule my appointment due to train strikes, and I must say the manager has been an absolute star in understanding my situation. Their communication has been fantastic. Additionally, my previous visits to this place have always been such a joy, as I've consistently found some amazing quality clothing that I wear everyday.

Le pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner menos, esta empresa es vergonzosa, no compres nunca, yo compre un lote de 37 polos de marca y lo que me llego era basura, me llegaron la mayoría de polos sin marca, muchos de marca genéricas como Celio, Springfiel y demás, así que por favor no compréis, hay mejores opciones, yo quise probar, y la verdad es que estoy super decepcionado, espero que no cometáis el mismo error que yo y no compréis en esta tienda

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered a box of 25 Grade A items, 21 out of the 25 items were heavily stained or damaged. Contacted North Vintage and received next to no customer service. Was asked to supply photo evidence, which I did promptly and essentially got fobbed off a few days later. No refund or care at all. Now I’m stuck with a mountain of waste with the only place suitable being the bin and out of pocket! Now having to go through my bank to get my money back. Utterly terrible items and service. If you read the other reviews and think it’s a bit hit and Miss and maybe worth the risk DON’T. I can 100% tell you it is not worth it and you will receive unsaleable items. Baring in mind the owner owns two other fashion companies including Vintage Kilo so you know you’re not going to get anything good. Absolutely disgusting items and behaviour- AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

EDIT: Please also do not believe the ‘glowing positive’ reviews you see on their website/social media pages etc as they delete any true comments of people stating the poor products and service they received. Perhaps if they delivered good products or handled their ‘mistakes’ properly then they wouldn’t have to delete people’s comments?

Bought some non branded sweatshirts. Most of were heavily stained, ripped or had paint on. They were not as described as they were meant to be grade A. I understand them not being new but I wasn’t able to resell at all. They offered me a £15 refund. They acknowledged the mistake and said it can happen. I then order a small amount of windbreaker on the basis that they would be much better and it had just been unfortunate. They were awful. Heavily Stained, ripped, broken zips etc. I wouldn’t have graded them B. Again not able to resell. Very disappointed.

Tie bale excellent value , customer service very responsive and professional, shipping reasonable , and gotta give 5 stars for being able to provide service to Northern Ireland, that in itself is no easy mission at the present time . Good job 👏

Big miss!! i I bought 50 printed graphic t-shirts and all of it was bad like realy bad nothing like you see on the site i know its fair representation but i think its not fair at all.
