I don’t often write reviews but I will 100% recommend this company David is professional and everything is explained and I work in construction and their communication is on point eve in a Sunday they work so hard to make sure you are completely satisfied keep up the good work and you will continue to have a very successful business 👍👍👍

David and him team carried out the works on our property very efficiently. We are based overseas and he provided constant communication, daily video updates of the works and provided a great and easy experience. Would highly recommend.

Excellent from start to finish. Very clean and tidy damp course. Kept me well informed on progress as I wasn't in the house. Good price. Just can't fault.

They turned up, looked, promised a quote within twenty four hours and then promptly vanished without contacting me again.

We used NWPD to carryout a pre property purchase survey after the surveyor identified damp during our homebuyers report.

David and the team have all been amazing on every occasion, the initial survey was carried out to a very high standard, David went over the whole house with us and was very transparent.

I’m only really echoing what others are saying, David and the team we all very professional.

My home is now completely damp free, with a 10 year guarantee as promised.

The affected plasterwork was removed, the damp proofing was installed and my walls were then re-plastered.

Our walls look fantastic now and that damp smell has now gone.

Firstly, North West Damp Proofing were the only company that I could find providing a free damp survey, all other company’s wanted around £150.
David was thorough and explained the whole process, we didn’t have to wait long to have the work done.

We’ve had a lot of problems with damp, me and my wife were really finding it hard dealing with the smell and the unsightly walls in the living room.

All our requirements were met and the damp has all been eradicated.

Beware Mason does like cups of tea. LOL
However he is a very hard worker.

Simply couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Thanks again to the whole team!

Couldn’t be more happier with the whole service from start to finish.

David went over absolutely everything during the initial survey, he showed us all different pictures of what would be done and even showing us an example of the 10 year guarantee North West provide.
The price quoted was the best by far, making the choice even easier to go with these guys, the staff were all very polite throughout and cleaned each and every night.

I just want to say that North West damp proofing have been amazing.

My 80 year old father did not want the house disrupting when the work was being done. David reassured us that there would not be any disruptions, and that the house would be well looked after. The lads made sure that everything was cleaned down every night, until they completed the work. My father was more than happy with the whole service.

Everything that David showed to us was carried out, and not only have all of our dampened walls been sorted, they were also fully decorated.

Nice company. Fairly priced. Josh who came and did the work was very nice and friendly. Did the job really quickly all in all great experience with them.

Charlie, David, and the team have done a great job getting rid of the damp at our new home.
During the survey we were given some good advice and everything was made very clear, we had 3 other companies over to see us for a quotation and these guys were best on price.
After the job was done they cleaned the whole area and were all very polite through the process.
