Worried I'd made a mistake after ordering before reading trust pilot reviews. 2 (polite) phone calls got me my delivery, just took longer than normal. I've only just used and defiantly genuine. Will order again as prices very good, just know it'll take awhile
I ordered from this site and had issues, I did get reply to my 1st eamil but not to my other 2.
However I did receive my goods, late, but with a sincere hand written apology. I have looked up this site on line, I think what they need is to do is improve their communication.
This was a small independant shop that had been going for 40 years, closing only very recently due to untenable increases in costs. This person has served their community in this time and is well thought of, unfortunatley the transisiton has caused issues.
I would say do phone the mobile number, leave a message and do bear with them, they are genuine and trying their best
Judging by other customers' reviews this company should not be allowed to be part of Trustpilot. Please consider removing them.
Absolutely appalled by the way this company treats its customers. They failed to deliver my order and subsequently admitted that the fault was theirs. I was assured that a full refund would be issued, yet despite their promises, no refund ever arrived.
Left with no alternative, I initiated a chargeback through my bank. Shockingly, more than a month later, the company has chosen to challenge the chargeback, despite previously accepting responsibility for the failed delivery. As a result, I am now being forced to endure another 30 days of waiting while my bank conducts a further investigation.
This has been an incredibly frustrating, stressful, and time-consuming experience from start to finish. The complete lack of accountability and disregard for customers is astounding. What should have been a straightforward refund for an undelivered order has turned into months of unnecessary hassle.
Based on my experience, I would strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from this company to stay well clear. There are far more reputable businesses that actually honour their commitments and treat customers fairly. Avoid at all costs.
They have taken my money, but not sent my goods. It's been over two weeks, no answer. Beware.
Total scam. No way to contact them as emails go unanswered and so does the phone. Ordered my products weeks ago. No tracking info available. They took my money and I'll be reporting them.

Placed my order almost 10 days ago and my items have not arrived. I tried to contact the seller on the number provided on their website but it just goes to voicemail. The website promises a 2-5 working day delivery. The landline number is also inactive. Ive left a message on their website and several text messages and have not received a response. It’s proving impossible to get hold of anyone. Why put a number on the website when it’s completely inactive. You are duping and cheating customers! I will not be ordering from this scam company again. I am trying to find a way of getting my money back too. PLEASE AVOID unless you want to loose vast sums of money! You’re better off paying a bit more and ordering from reputable companies like Amazon and ebay.
Ordered from here said item was dispatched but Royal Mail never received Emailed to ask where it was with no response. Scam scam scam
The worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.
Their online shop is a scam.
There was no update at all for nearly 10 days after I placed my order, so I emailed them to check the status. It then took several days to receive a reply.
The person who responded, Asheesh Sharma, insisted that the order had been dispatched, but said it could “overshoot” or get lost. The company does not seem to track whether orders are actually delivered or not.
No one answers their phone, either.
This is a very dodgy company. They have taken my money and are now ignoring my emails. If this isn’t a scam, then what is?
AVOID.
