Great notary, good to use while abroad
I am abroad and had to get a form notarized for the US (in English). This online site was quick, easy to use, and I was done within 5 mins. Great customer service. Highly recommend, especially if you're in a place where English isn't spoken.

Out of 3 sites I tried to get a notary this one actually went by it time guarantee and I had a live notary in less than 10min. She was quick, thorough and kind. Will use again.

Quick, easy, convenient
The notary was very helpful as I have never done online notarization before, but it was quick and easy. they confirm your identity, you get connected with the notary, you sign and they notarize, and then they email you back your notarized papers. I honestly don't know how it could be any easier!

Perfect for Notarizing Non-USA Signatures
It's the most affordable option I found in 2025 while looking for an online notary that verifies non-USA signatures and IDs.
Many competitors charge significantly more than the standard $25 rate to notarize non-USA signatures, but NotaryLive only charged me an extra $5 ($30 total) to verify two passports (one from the USA & one from a non-USA country).
Some companies charge $75 or more for non-USA signatures. NotaryLive treats everyone the same.
I found a notary who handles non-USA signatures at 7:00 a.m. EST.
The service was fast, affordable, painless, and professional.

After uploading the documents and getting verified, I waited online for over an hour, watching the screen count down from "you're 10 in line" to "you're 1 in line".
I then waited another 20 minutes and never got connected to a notary!
