It was just after midnight EST and I was still connected to a notary pretty quick. He was polite, efficient, provided clear instructions, and told me what to expect next.

This is likely the worst service I've used. I verified that my document could be notarized remotely as I'm out of state. A guy named Chris confirmed via support. I then proceeded to pay and verified my ID successfully. Once the notary came online, she said I couldn't do it remotely that it had to be in person. I sumbitted a ticket in which Chris argued with me and proceeded to be demeaning and unprofessional. From my personal experience I wouldn't reccomend this service.

Much better than Proof/Notarize. I've had nothing but trouble with that other company, especially after they merged. They need to get their act together. That's why I searched for an alternative and found NotaryLive.

One little thing for NotaryLive management: Why is the notary service called "RON session"? So confusing! First time I used it I clicked on "eSign" and wasted time filling out forms before realizing that's not the notary option. Annoying! So, to first time users: make sure to click "ROC"!

I was having trouble getting Notary services locally as the only ID I had was expired and from Florida. Having moved to Virginia the local Notaries were requiring current ID because mine was expired I was being told it was invalid.

This process was so fast and easy! Kaya was great! Definitely recommend!!
