Easy to shop the app. And shipping fast and product is very good

My experience was very nice! 😊 the updates that have been made to the app are wonderful. I fully love that one of my personal ideas was changed in the app. I had suggested that once you put items in your cart you should be able to click on them and it takes you back to the sale page and out of the cart. Personally I appreciate that my thoughts were heard and seen and something was done about it because it truly makes shopping on the app such a better and easier experience. As always the bras, underwear, pjs, and lingerie are always so comfortable and have impeccable details that most do not have any more other than lace. I personally prefer more silky and sexy undergarments and Novaesta definitely delivers 100%that!! so much better pricing than Victoria's secrete (even tho I know it’s like a sister brand for you, I think ) I always love receiving my new sets in the mail and my hubs may complain I spend to much money 🤣but at least he doesn’t have sh** to say when he sees me in my new lingerie! ❤️❤️❤️

The site does not explain the program well and it takes forever to get items

A price was showing up incorrectly in my cart as being higher by $20 than what it was advertised in the clearance section for. I talked to someone on the phone who politely took down my complaint and said I’d receive an email regarding this in a day or 2. I did in fact receive an email that told me I had been given a $20 credit.

Your products has made my experiences hunger for more, but the economy is not working in my favor. Keep up with the good work

Products are amazing and quite affordable.

The items are always nice and fits great. Returns are easy. And even customer service was great.

The price point is great because you always get panties with it. Sometimes it’s confusing about the sale the way that it is worded, and then it ends up being more money. But for the most part, I’m very happy with them. I’ve actually stopped buying all bras and panties at Victoria’s Secret.
